FANTASTIC apartment, location, value and the absolute best host. If I could give Geert 10 stars I would. The apartment was lovely and clean. Check in was super easy. The complex is well staffed and secure and the pool was PRISTINE. The best beach in Sal is right there on your doorsteps. Walking distance you find AMAZING restaurants and bars to choose from. But the best part of my stay was Geert - he was friendly and thoughtful through my stay, checking in and recommending excellent restaurants and areas to visit. It’s almost impossible to have a perfect vacation but in this case I did. 10/10 fantastic. Thank you Geert. Until next time.

I am soooooo glad I chose this place! I loved the location in comparison to the other one I was looking at. This place is walkable to everything and that was important for me as a solo traveler. There is security on site so I felt safe walking back at night knowing someone was always at the desk. Nina was the absolute best host! She was so warm and welcoming which made me feel great about my stay. She also gave great advice and helped me with taxis when I needed them. She even helped me out with being flexible on my checkout time. Nina feels like a family friend! I came from the United States but because this place is affordable for me, I will absolutely plan to come back to Sal and stay here again! I highly recommend Nina’s place!

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

We loved it ! The two terraces are amazing, with colorful flowers all over and a beautiful view on the ocean and the volcano. Super well located as well, right in the center but also in a quiet street, so far away of the noise 👌🏼 Maria , who’s working here, has been really nice and helpful! highly recommended!

An exceptional stay at Nelly and Japser's! The view is breathtaking, the residence is secure, quiet and very well maintained. The pool is superb, ideal for relaxing in peace. A truly relaxing place, perfect for recharging your batteries. And a big thank you to the hosts for their responsiveness and availability throughout the stay. I highly recommend it!

We had a perfect stay at Rita's. She accompanied us by messages, before, during and after the stay by sharing useful tips, good addresses, organizing the transfer from the airport to the studio, etc. Rosa, who took care of our welcome, was very nice. I have rarely seen a studio so clean and convenient. It's simple but has everything you need to feel at home. The residence is quiet and ideally located. The pool is clean and always has deckchairs available at this time. We felt completely safe and the staff are always friendly and ready to help if needed. Santa Maria is perfect for a "No stress" stay :) We recommend it 100% and hope to be able to come back

This place was perfect to stay in with my boyfriend, his mom and brother! Maciek was so helpful from arranging transportation from and back to the airport to being a super flexible host and never getting tired of my unending questions :) What we loved most about the place was the walkable distance to every restaurant in Sal Rei and the beach! This appartement is very beautiful and feels just like a beach house. Would recommend 😊🙏🏽

The house was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay, from a comfortable bed to full kitchen supplies and cleaning essentials. The host was easy to contact, and when I requested a mid-stay cleaning last minute, it was arranged quickly. The location was perfect—close to everything with no construction noise. Definitely planning to return!

Francisco is a spectacular and always available host. The house was very clean and tidy, they had even left a bottle of water for me. The terrace is spectacular. The apartment, in addition to having a sea view, is well located on the beach and in the main area of Santa Maria. The water pressure was good and I never had any problems. It had all the necessary appliances and equipment for a comfortable stay.

The view from the balcony is magnificent. The rooms are nicely decorated. The shower is good. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. To the Mercado Municipal, a taxi for about €2.50 is recommended. There is an informative brochure in the apartment with all the important tips. Else gave us more personal tips. It should be noted that you are obliged to arrive at a check-in after 9:30pm with a taxi arranged by Else.

This comfortable and spacious flat is very well located in the center of the town and offers an amazing 360 view. We really enjoyed staying here with our 2 boys as it felt like living with the locals. Very short walk to everything you need, beach, shops etc. Itzia was very responsive and check in/out was very easy! Highly recommended !

We had a great stay! The property offers fantastic views from several rooms – really impressive – and the spacious terrace also invites you to relax. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Particularly positive: When the air conditioning didn't work on the first day, it was fixed the same day – we didn't have to worry about anything, great service! The apartment is on the windier side of the city, which also ensures cooling. For bathing, I would rather recommend the other side of the island. Right below the property is a nice cafe that also offers delicious food in the evening – very convenient! Overall a recommended place to stay for a relaxing stay on Boa Vista!

I had a great stay at Bernard’s place! Everything was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-located. Bernard was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

Good value for this listing we stayed at 5 for a week. Good location (10 minute walk to the city center & close to a small supermarket), large bathroom and large living space. Friendly terrace also overlooking the pool (large and pleasant). Fabrizio's team was very responsive to our messages and requests! Recommended.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Our stay had some great aspects, but also a few challenges. The hosts were kind enough to let us into the house before check-in time, which we appreciated. However, the house wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, and while we were told it would be done before 3 PM, it wasn’t. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, and the WiFi signal didn’t quite reach the bedroom. Also, the bed had no fitted sheet, and the top sheet kept slipping off, which made sleeping less comfortable. That said, the house itself was nice, and with a few improvements in cleanliness and amenities, it would be a great place to stay. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality!

great apartment, everything you need for daily life is there, you have a Supermarket on the grounds of the hotel that allows you to take the first necessities, remember to pay in Cape Verde, the premises round up and most of the time you lose 10%😉.
