Excellent stay

The proximity of USP and the kartódromo make all the difference. Although close to moving streets, the accommodations are extremely quiet at night. The bed was excellent and had great bakeries and foot accessible bars.

The stay was wonderful, the Host is super present and gave several directions. The apartment is super comfortable, practical and well distributed. When we arrived everything was clean and working, when we needed it was very easy to talk to Host and she proactively resolved. Thank you very much for the reception. The building is a bit too strict about living standards, but it didn't get in the way of our stay even though it was at the college games and it's not the host's fault. In general, very nice! Let's go back for sure!!!

I was in the apartment eu + 2 adults + baby + small pet, we stayed from Saturday to Sunday and the guest was flexible at check out. Everything was clean and organized. At the reception of the building, the doorman told me that he would have a fee of 10 reais to park, but he did not charge me for mentioning that parking was included in the reservation. We walked on foot in a spike and market. In the minibar there are drinks and on the rack there are snacks that are charged separately. The pillows and bedding were good, I slept in the double bed with the baby and 1 person slept at the bottom of the treliche and the other one on the mattress on the floor. You need to bring towels. It is similar to a quarter of the Ibis but has a mini kitchen together. We are pleased with the stay and if need we will be back.

We had a great stay at the accommodation of Mauro. He was extremely receptive, attentive and always helpful, helping us with everything we needed. The apartment is very well organized, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is also excellent and the apt is close to all the places we needed to go. I spent the holiday of Corpus Christi at Cintia's place and everything was impeccable! Communication from the beginning happened in the best way to check in, check out and help with things from the house! It would come back peacefully!
