Our stay was perfect, the apartment matches the photos posted. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the size of the room and closet space are excellent. The location is perfect, with excellent shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect!

Great apartment decor and brand new building amenities!

Beautiful and well located apartment! Ad as advertised! I didn't like 2 things, at the entrance I took a long time waiting even after I had already checked in. I was on the street waiting and not in the enclosure, luckily it wasn't raining! I felt anxiety on the part of the host that I would leave the apartment before 11. I thought it was unnecessary since he had already informed the rules at check-in! I said I might leave before 11, the checkout deadline, and by 10:30 the cleaning lady was already ringing the bell. Clean, organized building, great location and good infrastructure

Maria’s place is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities Maria had described. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and the view of the swimming pool was lovely. The TV and air con were easy to use. There were plenty of clean towels. The place was everything we could ask for. Maria was always very responsive and helpful, we needed to stay an extra day and she sorted this out for us immediately. The location was perfect for our visit to the local music festival. The staff in reception were kind and very helpful. The apartment was located close to supermarkets and a pharmacy. We really enjoyed our stay, couldn’t have asked for more. If we are ever lucky enough to visit São Paulo again we would definitely stay at Maria’s place.

Fernanda's space is outstanding! Very well used, comfortable, clean and with all the details thought out for a pleasant stay. Fernanda was a super receptive and proactive host from the beginning, always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

Very nice apartment with beautiful pool and large gym in the building. Patricia was adorable by being flexible on entry and exit and very responsive when we tried to reach her for a small problem in the apartment. We'll be back with pleasure during our next stay in Sao Paulo.

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were always helpful when we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.
