It was great the accommodation, everything very functional, easy to find and check in, easy communication with the owner, recommend!!!!

easy location, in place and very quiet street. Denise responded to us quickly and promptly. We rented to 5 people, but we found that there were not enough kitchen dishes (dishes and glasses), we contacted Denise, who promptly arranged for what was missing. Super recommend. Super clean and well organized place.

The place is quiet, the building is safe bome. We had no problem with the space, it was as described. The hostess is very proactive, has flexibility in arrival and departure times, as well communicative. I recommend the space.

Perfect for work or rest at the end of the day, mild cardio. Easy to access well located place. Rosane Bechtel I did not know, however the online attraction was excellent, flexible and polite and helpful. The village would not have a problem with hosting again when Jaraguá do Sul returns.

Everything was excellent! Luciane and Silvio gave all the support, from the arrival in the city where I got the address wrong on the GPS, to the end of the stay where I forgot my badge and they made themselves available to send it by mail. The apartment is excellent, I will definitely look for it again if I return to the city.

Everything was as advertised, everything was perfect, any questions were answered quickly, I will definitely return.

We really liked the place, it was easy to find, the host was always online when we sent a message. Very complete house and it was great for our weekend. In the city, it takes a while to find a restaurant, so it's ideal to do things more at home. We will definitely return to another house/cabin of the host.

The cottage is a grace! Very pleasant, a beautiful view, exactly like the ad. I would leave only two suggestions, one for the hosts and one for those who want to rent: to the hosts, please leave more bathroom mats and/or floor cloths, because when using the bathtub it is inevitable that it gets wet and we had nothing to dry the wet floor. To future guests who wish to cook: the kitchen is complete, very well equipped, but I recommend that you bring your own spices, as the chalet is in a very humid region, so they leave salt and pepper but it is very difficult to use due to humidity. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay! The check-in instructions were clear and we had everything we needed for the weekend. I would definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon with my fiancé!

I've known the place since it was a hotel. Despite the years, the apartment in question is well maintained. It is extremely well located and a very pleasant space. The only exception is the stairwell environment of the building, as my wife does not use the elevator. They need attention and cleaning.

Clean flat, with powerful air-conditioning, comfortable bed and sofa, well decorated, well equipped. The host, Iliane, is kind, proactive, quick to communicate. It is the best apartment in this building, in every aspect. I would definitely stay here again.
