This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

This is a compact but extremely functional studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. The apartment is an ideal offer for tourists and visitors to Sulęcin and the surrounding area for business purposes. The modern layout and comfortable furnishings of the interior should satisfy even the most discerning guests.

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.

Bordering a nature reserve, located on a glacier area, captivates with terrain, colors that change year-round, and great views. This place has led us to build a home in natural technologies, harmonizing with the environment, designed to be a pleasure to spend time in it.

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.
