Beautiful and clean house! No need to contact the host during your stay kasi provided na lahat at sobrang easy to follow ng instructions. Had fun here with my family. Also yung check in na 2pm at check out ng 1pm ay sobrang sulit 👌🏻

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Rosita's listing is very homey. The living room is airconditioned as well. Street parking is provided. Just a heads-up for people who are not fans of stray dogs (This is not the host's fault.) There are a lot of stray dogs on the streets. If you have a car, park in front of the gate to avoid the stray dogs. Will definitely book again if there's a need to stay in Batangas.

Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

Host is responsive and nice as well as Kuya Kirk. The location is peaceful, accessible and spacious - good for family staycations. plus points for parking, no need to worry for those with car. definitely SULIT.

We had a great stay. The best private pool. Very clean rooms specially the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and good ac. Love the place, so peaceful and private. Host is very attentive and accommodating. Caretakers are kind & friendly. They are only 1 text away whenever we needed something. Complete amenities. Will surely go back. 👍🏼

The Moonlight Cabin was a beautiful spot for our family to relax, work, and enjoy each others’ company. We had a few children with us and they enjoyed the amenities just as much as us adults. We also loved seeing the chickens and goats! The caretaker was responsive as well as the host and host family.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Booked this place for my bf’s bday and we had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy & spacious, which made it perfect for hanging out w friends. The host was really responsive to all my questions and concerns, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely book again. :)

Had a great stay here. Peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth and easy. Both the host and the caretaker were super nice and very responsive. They were very attentive to our needs. The place looked exactly like the photos listed here. The experience was 100/10, definitely a gem 💎✨

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with the family! The place was very serene—perfect for unwinding and escaping the busy city. The entire property is well maintained, with lots of amenities to enjoy. The pool was massive and great for both kids and adults. They also have a Karaoke in their place so we had a lot of fun especially my mom and kids. We highly recommend renting the golf car—our children had so much fun exploring the farm! The diner on-site was amazing, and the overall vibe made the whole experience feel like a peaceful retreat. Just a quick tip: bring your own drinking water, and when you arrive, ask the staff where “Kanluran” is so you can find the location right away. Would definitely come back again soon. A great escape for families!

The caretaker is very nice and really welcome us with warm greetings. The place itself is very comforting. We would probably choose SunnySide Villas for our next occation.

My family of and I had a really pleasant stay at Diana’s place. It’s true that the place is pristine and looks better than the photos ❤️ We especially appreciate the responsiveness of the caretaker Kuya Alex and team. Everything was smooth and we felt right at home. Beds are comfortable and spacious, AC units are new and pool water temperature was perfect. If there was one negative is that our stay was too short! I wish we had stayed longer, will definitely be back next time. 😁 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spacious enough for our group, and the setup worked perfectly for both kids and adults. The kids loved playing on the PlayStation in the living room, while the adults enjoyed chatting in the dining area with easy access and movement around the kitchen. The extra space in the laundry area was a great bonus for drying our wet clothes after our day trip to a nearby resort. We also appreciated the convenience of the honesty store — we picked up some drinks like soda, coffee, and soju, all reasonably priced. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed our requests, such as providing a kitchen rag/towel and drinking water. Thank you DM's Crib for accommodating us.

A homey quiet place to relax and unwind with the family.

Loved our stay in this place. I think out of all the places I have stayed in Tagaytay, this unit has the best and most amazing view of Taal Lake! The place was super clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Wi-Fi was fast too — great for getting some work done. Perfect spot for small families or working remotely. Would definitely book again!

The place is too good that it was so tempting to extend our stay. Ate, the caretaker on site was also so easy to approach. Just checked out but we’re already planning to go back for our next vacation trip.

This is such a great stay. My family and I, including my dog enjoyed our overall stay. Place is pristine, still very new, clean, homey, and the house itself is beautiful and stylish. One night is not enough to entirely appreciate its beauty. Complete amenities and tools too and caretakers are quick to response to our needs. What a great place! My team and I enjoyed the place so much. The caretaker was also so nice and friendly. We all wanna go back here! I think the only issue we encountered was that there were no screens in most windows and there were so many insects when it rains so we had no choice but to close the windows—would’ve been great to let the Tagaytay breeze in. But overall I think that was minor compared to the great time we had at the house. Highly recommend this place!

Good spot for gatherings. I loved the sitting area at the far side of the property, a perfect way to spend the cool rainy afternoons. The kitchen is well equipped as well.
