Great place! Would stay again

The place is beautiful and comfortable. I really enjoyed my 3 nights there. It was very clean and everything is easy to use. You get a taste of Dominican line by talking with the neighbors and it’s also close to the Boardwalk /Malecon where everybody likes to hang out. It is very secure, I felt very safe, the bedroom is in the back so no noise from the street. From the balcony on your left you can see the ocean and palm trees and feel the breeze at night. In the morning you can hear sometimes the neighbors downstairs chatting in an inner courtyard but it ain’t loud . I loved it. You gonna love it too.

Limpio, ordenado y entrada autónoma excelente. No se puede acceder a La piscina y el área social sin que te acompañe el propietario del apartamento, el seguridad no te lo permite.

I have been renting from Nydia for the last 2 years, and she has been consistently amazing to work with. The apartment is amazing just what we needed. The lobby staff friendly and professional. Loved the little marker just next to the lobby which holds a little bit of anything you may need.

Lo más lindo del apartamento no era precisamente el apartamento, fue la magia, calidez y calidad de Merchy, Luis y Lidia que nos hicieron sentir como nuestra casa de toda la vida. Su ubicación era a unos cuantos pasos de la zona colonial, siempre pudimos ir caminando solo pasando el puente colgante de la ciudad m.

Incredibly beautiful building with charming outdoor spaces and pool. Inside very spacious and clean. I felt right at home. Magical to be in the colonial quarter!

Everything was amazing! We loved it!! I am looking forward to another trip there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet, Private, close to lot of places

"I had a wonderful stay at Valencia’s villa.The location was perfect and peaceful making it easy to get around and explore the area. The food options nearby were great, loved the fish and plantains😋 adding to the overall experience. The villa itself was comfortable, pictures are just as advertised and the host was incredibly responsive and extremely friendly which made my stay and my family even more enjoyable. Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

La propiedad, accesorios y atención de Liza y Don Darío excelentes, de verdad impecable. La propiedad es altamente recomendable, tanto la calidad de todo en general e incluso muy bien equipada para familias con niños. Los consejos de Liza muy útiles, aunque yo ya conocía todo muy bien porque me crie en esa zona, pero cualquier turista podría sentirse muy cómodo gracias a las atenciones de Liza y realmente tener una estadía perfecta!!!!

Apartamento amplio y bonito, con todas las comodidades para pasar una estancia tranquila y cómoda. Con buen parqueo y seguridad a todas horas. La zona es muy tranquila, limpia y cerca de todo. El malecón queda cerca para ir a caminar. Orlando nos acomodó con unas solicitudes que tuvimos de forma comprensiva, flexible y amigable. Fue muy respetuoso y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volveremos. Muchas gracias!

My stay was excellent, I really enjoyed the scenery, felt at home. For my next trip to DR which is going to be early next year for 4-5 days, I’ll stay at Elizabeth’s place.

La verdad un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro para alguien que necesita sentirse como en casa.! Un servicio muy excelente la higiene la seguridad y sobretodo la tranquilidad sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme 😍

Our flight was delayed by hrs and Carolina was more than amazing to make sure our check in was smooth. Tons of things to do close by, definitely recommend.

Dani was amazing. He was very responsive friendly and was always happy to help. Despite being delayed on our arrival Dani waited a long time to make sure that everything was ok. I will definitely be staying here again!
