Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

Very good place for events and family gatherings. The host is very attentive, helpful and accommodating, he never said no. The house is large and has a large marquee that you can use for events, it is very beautiful and luxurious, the picnic area is very nice. I will definitely rent again for a future stay.

My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!

Great experience overall

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

Great place very close to El conde the main walking street with shops in Santo Domingo! Pablo as usual is great as host and it was a pleasure to stay again in one of his apartment. The apartment is great, a little hot in the living room at this time of the year but there is A/C in the bedroom. I definitely recommend this place to be close to downtown

Our stay in Estrella's apartment was excellent! 😍 The apartment is super spacious and comfortable, it is located on the esplanade with a beautiful view from the living room or bedroom. The self check-in and check-out gives you a lot of freedom with the times and our host was always attentive if we needed anything. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the same building. We loved it! And if we ever return to Santo Domingo, we will definitely stay here again! ✨️

De La Rosa Penthouse was a great stay. The home was extremely clean, safe, and beautifully decorated. The patio area was amazing! The view of the city and constant ocean breeze were everything one could ask for on vacation. De La Rosa was always responsive and helpful. The doorman was great too! Would definitely recommend this stay for your group!
