**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!** My experience at this property was incredible! The photos were exactly as shown, and the space exceeded our expectations. The rooftop jacuzzi and lounge area were breathtaking—a perfect spot to unwind. The kitchen was beautiful and upscale, and every room had cold AC, including the living room. The lighting throughout the space was lovely, and the strong Wi-Fi made everything so convenient. The location is also fantastic—super safe and only two blocks from the Condé. Maitee, the host, was outstanding. She met us at the property, gave us a thorough walk-through, and even greeted us with a small gift. She checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect. There were a couple of minor issues, but Maitee took care of them right away, which really shows her commitment to making guests feel at home. I highly recommend this place—you won’t be disappointed

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This was my parents’ first international trip, and Susanne’s home made it such a special experience for them. It even gave them the confidence to consider traveling to new places in the future! Since my parents are older, I wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and comfortable enough for us to enjoy even on rainy days, and this home was perfect. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, and we really enjoyed spending time in the pool as well. My parents and I are already planning to return to the DR, and we hope to stay at Susanne’s place again!

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Victoria was incredibly kind and attentive, offering excellent local recommendations and making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location was convenient and quiet, ideal for both relaxing and exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The place was very clean, well decorated and had everything I needed to feel at home. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all my messages. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would stay here again in the future
