Was super gezellig prettige omgeving elke avond gezellig buiten lopen. Voelde ons echt heel veilig. Mooie ruime woonkamer. Gingen ook zelfs koken. Beneden supermarkt. Lekkere broodjes. Ook een leuke tentje waar je kan ontbijten. Alles lekker vers en fris. Wij komen zeker hier weer terug.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Eneida. We vond het appartement top. Erg fijn, schoon en met alle het benodigde aanwezig. Wat vooral fijn was, was dat wij Danizia konden bellen als wij vragen hadden m.b.t. het appartement. Danizia heeft er voor gezorgd dat ons verblijf top is verlopen. Echt een fijn mens, zeer attent, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Eneida was goed bereikbaar, reageerde altijd snel, was zeer behulpzaam en flexibel rondom onze vragen over toegankelijkheid en vervroegde in-check. We hadden ons geen betere verblijfplaats kunnen wensen. Hartelijk dank!

le logement est juste super mignon ! tout est propre, fonctionnel, la petite pépite se trouve sur le rooftop ! jailton est très accueillant, il est venu me chercher au port et m'a même proposé de passer Noël avec sa famille. je n'ai malheureusement pas pu mais je regrette!

Mi esposa y yo pasamos tres semanas estupendas en casa de Magie. Fuimos bien recibidos por Marisia y su hijo, Nany, y un taxista de confianza, Fabio, nos recogió en el aeropuerto. La casa está bien amueblada, limpia, es amplia y dispone de todo lo necesario. Hay también acceso a una terraza con vistas. La calle es tranquila excepto cuando pasa algún motorista desconsiderado (plaga inevitable en cualquier lugar); los niños que van al colegio son una fiesta si interactúas con ellos y tienes preparadas algunas galletas y dátiles. Bela Vista es un barrio popular con tiendas de alimentación y minimercados; hay un buen restaurante en una terraza un poco más arriba de la casa y un local fantástico para escuchar mornas en vivo y bailar coladeiras y funaná los fines de semana: Brock Rotcha. El acceso a la ciudad es muy fácil con el bus n.º 9 (unos 6 minutos). Por precaución habría evitar andar solos a altas horas de la noche, siendo preferible tomar un taxi. ¡Gracias a todos!

we enjoyed our stay in the mountains a lot. it was an unique experience! the village is small but offers two restaurants and two mini markets (the range of products is very small though). from the appartement there are many options for hikes and Jordi offers great advice for where to go. beautiful place.

Très bel appartement très bien situé pour découvrir la ville de mindelo la climatisation est vraiment un plus

Living in the photo wallpaper, is what we felt like each morning waking up at this place! Marise was very flexible with check-in and out times, which was wonderful, and we did not have to wander around with bags in hand. The house was squeaky clean, is as described, and well equipped with everything one needs for cooking full meals at home. WAshing machine is a great addition. One and a half bathrooms, excellent storage space, very nice lighting. The windows are huge, but thick curtains close them fully. The building is new, safe, and has an elevator. We parked for 3 days in front, and everything was fine. Multiple buses stop right in front of the building, and there are may restaurants and markets. Behind the building is the arts museum, and a very nice park, and our favorite ice-cream place, but really everything is walkable. The beach with the most surreal color is 15 minutes away, the ferry to Antao even less. Tourist bureau just outside the building. The bank is downstairs.

Top appartement mooie uitzicht wij hebben echt genoten grote slaapkamers heerlijke bedden. Ik raad echt iedereen deze appartement te nemen. Er is nog niet veel in de buurt. Omdat er gebouwd nog word. Maar is echt wel een top appartementen

Je recommande ce logement , il étais très propre et beau. Une très belle vue depuis le balcon qui donne sur la mer et le lever de soleil. Un peu loin du centre ville de Mindelo et pas grand chose dans les alentours, mais un taxi jusqu’au centre de Mindelo coute 3€ l’allez. Petit shop present en bas , c’était tres efficace ! Les hôtes étaient très réactif et aimables.

Recomendo sim, apartamento incrível, muito agradável, super bem equipado com muito bom gosto, me senti em casa. Calmo a noite, bom para descansar, vizinhos simpáticos, da para ir a pé para a praia em 10 minutos, internete boa, até TV com centenas de canais.

Après avoir un peu galèrer à trouver l'accueil de Filomene était super. Le logement est propre et bien rangé. Très bien situé avec la plage ou le centre ville à 15/20 min à pied, le bar à chicha à 2 min s'était top. Pour une personne seule ou un couple qui veut découvrir mindelo c'est l'idéal ! J'y reviendrais lors de mon prochain voyage la bas.

Ruimte genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb genoten van de enorme buitenruimte. Het centrum gemakkelijk te bereiken. Benvindo was snel te bereiken met vragen. Ik kon mijn koffer daar achter laten toen ik een aantal dagen een ander eiland wilde bezoeken. En heb besloten terug te gaan de laatste dagen van mijn vakantie.

Bohème (van Filomena Apartments) is perfect! Mijn tripje naar Sao Vicente was bedoeld om tot rust te komen en dat is helemaal gelukt. Lekker met koffie en een boek in de ochtendzon op het balkon. Wakker worden onder de superschone douche mét een goeie straal. En dan wandelend naar de (super)markt, het strand of een eettentje - keuze genoeg op loopafstand - om einde middag weer terug te komen voor een siësta in een heerlijk koele slaapkamer op een fijn matras. 's Avonds kookte ik zelf - ook de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien - of bracht één van de bekende taxichauffeurs me naar de mooiste plekjes in Mindelo. Je kunt je prima vermaken in het prachtige appartement (bijv. Netflix op de tv's en tafelspellen) maar op het eiland is genoeg te doen (bijv. autotourtje langs Salamsa en Monte Verde enz.). Elida en Nuun hebben goeie tips en de bewoners van Sao Vicente laten je graag hun eiland zien. Gewoon vragen; mensen zijn echt lief en bij Filomena Aprtmnts ben je in de beste handen. Bêjus!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

Het is een heerlijk appartement met alle denkbare voorzieningen. Het leven van een vissersdorp speelt zich voor je neus af. Uitzicht op de oceaan. Echt genieten. Het vliegverkeer hoor je niet of nauwelijks

Emplacement idéal (sûrement le meilleur emplacement de l’île ). Appartement très très bien équipé et le bâtiment est sécurisé (toujours un agent de sécurité en bas que ce soit la journée ou la nuit) ! Rien à dire. Top ! Mention spéciale pour la vue depuis le balcon

Bel environnement, le logement est simple et sans fioriture, entouré d’espaces verts. La Propriétaire ainsi que le personnel sont accueillants et toujours prêts à vous aider.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Apartamento, bem localizado, em área habitacional de excelência. Um espaço acolhedor, com uma decoração elegante e dispondo do equipamento necessário para que o hóspede se sinta comodamente instalado, para uma curta ou longa permanência, em descanso, lazer ou teletrabalho. Fica, assim, o desejo de voltar a este espaço que, sem qualquer hesitação recomendo a qualquer visitante que procure em Mindelo um apartamento acolhedor, administrado por uma anfitriã à altura da ética que deve fazer escola no seio da comunidade Airbnb. Het was lastig te vinden, omdat we in de avond aankwamen. Maar verder was het een top accommodatie. Hele lieve, gastvrije hosts. We hebben zelfs een nog drankje met ze gedronken. Ook het appartement was super, schoon en netjes, alles was aanwezig. Daarnaast was de omgeving prachtig. Volgende keer als we naar familie gaan, komen we zeker weer hier overnachten!

Großes Appartement, viele Fenster, super Blick auf die Bucht. Carla spricht Deutsch, das ist auf Cabo verde wirklich ganz selten und natürlich sehr hilfreich. Transfer mit Abholung vom Hafen mit Aluguer und Fahrt bis vor die Haustür organisiert!! Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage!! Maren und Jens
