The accommodation is just super cute! Everything is clean, functional, the little gem is on the rooftop! Jailton is very welcoming, he picked me up at the port and even offered to spend Christmas with his family. Unfortunately I couldn't but I regret it!

My wife and I spent three wonderful weeks at Magie's house. We were well received by Marisia and her son, Nany, and a trusted taxi driver, Fabio, picked us up at the airport. The house is well furnished, clean, spacious and has everything you need. There is also access to a terrace with views. The street is quiet except when some inconsiderate motorist passes (an inevitable plague anywhere); children going to school are a party if you interact with them and have some cookies and dates ready. Bela Vista is a popular neighborhood with food shops and minimarkets; there is a good restaurant on a terrace a little higher than the house and a fantastic place to listen to live mornas and dance coladeiras and funaná on weekends: Brock Rotcha. Access to the city is very easy with bus no. 9 (about 6 minutes). As a precaution, avoid walking alone at night, and take a taxi instead. Thank you all!

we enjoyed our stay in the mountains a lot. it was an unique experience! the village is small but offers two restaurants and two mini markets (the range of products is very small though). from the appartement there are many options for hikes and Jordi offers great advice for where to go. beautiful place.

Living in the photo wallpaper, is what we felt like each morning waking up at this place! Marise was very flexible with check-in and out times, which was wonderful, and we did not have to wander around with bags in hand. The house was squeaky clean, is as described, and well equipped with everything one needs for cooking full meals at home. WAshing machine is a great addition. One and a half bathrooms, excellent storage space, very nice lighting. The windows are huge, but thick curtains close them fully. The building is new, safe, and has an elevator. We parked for 3 days in front, and everything was fine. Multiple buses stop right in front of the building, and there are may restaurants and markets. Behind the building is the arts museum, and a very nice park, and our favorite ice-cream place, but really everything is walkable. The beach with the most surreal color is 15 minutes away, the ferry to Antao even less. Tourist bureau just outside the building. The bank is downstairs.

Top apartment beautiful view we really enjoyed large bedrooms wonderful beds. I really recommend everyone to take this apartment. There is not much in the area yet. Because it is still being built. But it really is a top apartment

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The highlight of the place is the amazing sea view from the balcony. Breakfast in the morning is very generous. Lazareto is quiet and doesn't have much going on around. If you go out at night to Mindelo it has been recommended to us to take a taxi. We stayed only for one night and enjoyed our stay very much.

I recommend yes, amazing apartment, very nice, super well equipped with very good taste, I felt at home. Calmo at night, good to rest, friendly neighbors, to walk to the beach in 10 minutes, good internet, to TV with hundreds of channels.

After a little trouble finding Filomene's hospitality was great. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Very well located with the beach or the city center 15/20 min walk, the shisha bar 2 min away was great. For a single person or couple who wants to discover mindelo, it's ideal! I would come back on my next trip down there.

Plenty of space and equipped with every comfort. I loved the huge outdoor space. Easy to reach the center. Benvindo was quick to reach with questions. I was able to leave my suitcase there when I wanted to visit another island for several days. And decided to go back the last days of my vacation.

Bohème (from Filomena Apartments) is perfect! My trip to Sao Vicente was meant to relax and that was completely successful. Nice with coffee and a book in the morning sun on the balcony. Wake up under the super clean shower with a good jet. And then walking to the (super)market, the beach or an eatery - choice enough within walking distance - to come back at the end of the afternoon for a siesta in a wonderfully cool bedroom on a nice mattress. In the evening I cooked myself - also the kitchen is full of comforts - or one of the famous taxi drivers took me to the most beautiful places in Mindelo. You can have a great time in the beautiful apartment (e.g. Netflix on the TVs and table games) but on the island there is plenty to do (e.g. car tour along Salamsa and Monte Verde etc.). Elida and Nuun have good tips and the residents of Sao Vicente are happy to show you their island. Just ask; people are really sweet and at Filomena Aprtmnts you are in the best hands. Bêjus!

Mindelo Sunset - Ocean View! What a beautiful place! It was super clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The unit has a nice vibe to it and had everything that I needed; I felt right at home! And the view! Oh my Goodness, what a view! Nothing better than waking up to a beautiful view of Monte Cara and Laginha beach! Also, the location is perfect: it's a short walk to Laginha beach and very close to Mindelo's center (downtown area) which you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure, which was exactly what I was looking for. Safety is a non negotiable for me. I also loved the fact that there is a cafe and mini-market right on the ground floor! That was super convenient for me! The host was professional, prompt, and super friendly! The host's description of the place is on point, nothing more and nothing less. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be staying at Mindelo Sunset again!

It is a wonderful apartment with all imaginable amenities. The life of a fishing village is set in front of you. Ocean view. Really enjoy. You can't hear or hardly hear the air traffic

Our family had a great stay with Barbara and her team. The house is really nicely furnished with nice space for our family of 5. Super close to many things and very walkable. Great spot for kids (next to a playground) and ready to S. Antao.

The food, definitely needs mentioning An excellent evening meal is served in a community setting, breakfast at optional times , the ingredients cooking & presentation 100%.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Large apartment, lots of windows, great views of the bay. Carla speaks German, which is really rare and of course very helpful on Cabo verde. Transfer organized with pick-up from the port with Aluguer and drive to the front door!! We had wonderful days!! Maren and Jens
