Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

The watchtower house is a sensational place, the neighborhood is excellent, the view is wonderful, and the house is exactly as in the photos! We had an excellent winter holiday, enjoying the view and the peace that the neighborhood's silence provides. A 10!

Marcelo and Marina's place is perfect and just as it is in the photos. Has a very good energy. The house is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were always very attentive to everything. we'll be back for sure.

We were in three couples of friends, for 3 nights, the house is very well equipped, comfortable and cozy. The decoration was done with very good taste, the kitchen with pots, cutlery and utensils in good condition and clean. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The hostess' care was evident in the well-distributed lighting in all rooms, as well as the reading options available. The experience was very good, we will definitely be back! I recommend it for those who want to rest and enjoy time with friends!

The stay was excellent. The space accommodated five people well. It has a little market right in front of the house that helps a lot in everyday shopping. There was flexibility in checkin and check-out times (I believe that because there was no reservation the day before checkin and after checkout). I recommend the accommodation.

Jerônimo is very attentive, and his parents welcomed us very well, I made more contact with his mother, Mrs. Adriana, who was always concerned and solicitous with us, they love dogs which made everything more perfect even! The cleaning was impeccable, the house is very nice and its landscaping is beautiful! There is no price to be able to see the sunset of the home backyard. I'm already looking forward to return, this place has my heart!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest.
