Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Santiago Province

I loved the stay! The apartment was impeccable, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Lots of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway station and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will definitely rent again when I return to Chile!

i don't even know for sure if it was recoleta or providencia – I just know it was exactly where I wanted to be. The neighborhood has a bohemian vibe, alive, full of restaurants, bars, fairs and interesting corners and sights. it's very easy to get around there, and at the same time, you feel you are in the heart of sanctity, but with a breath of almost secret charm. about airbnb: the view... the view! perhaps the most beautiful I've ever seen in santiago. Seeing the sunset from there has become a ritual. That kind of place that hugs you and makes you imagine yourself coming back a thousand times, as if it were a new home in another country. to complete, everyone was very nice, from the cleaning lady to the porters. A place that welcomes you in every way. I super recommend!

Very nice apartment, as seen in the photos. Comfortable and well located, just a 5-minute walk from Parque Arauco. The area is beautiful and safe. As a detail, the income requires generating a QR each time you enter; if you do not have internet, you cannot do it, although the building has wifi. Anyway, I understand the system, it makes it safer. Other than that, excellent value for money. I recommend it!

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. We spent an amazing weekend at La Roja, a house that exceeded all our expectations. The place is exactly as described: cozy, full of peace and surrounded by the unique tranquility of the mountain. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in a true refuge away from the noise of the city. The house has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay: it is equipped with details designed for rest (such as a comfortable bed, good heating and a full kitchen), and the natural environment makes every moment special. In addition, Vanessa, the host, was excellent at all times: attentive, kind and willing to help with whatever we needed. Their close treatment made our experience even more comfortable. Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.
