The location is great with amazing views of the mountains!! The apartment has everything needed. Mauricio was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly.

the apartment is well located and spacious. the only problem was the mattress in one of the rooms that needs to be changed and the dryer offered is not there, but the apartment is excellent.

The apartment is perfect. Excellent locale, as it stands on the mountain has no good restaurants near and no market, so the ideal is to take everything from Santiago. The ski in and ski out, it is only for those who use Ski, as I ride snow the ski out did not work. To say that there was nothing missing, there was no place to coar coffee, the coffee maker that has there is a nexpresso, and as I did not know I did not take the capsules.

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

The apartment complies with all the descriptions indicated by the host. It is a very quiet place, either within the building or in the sector (no buses pass and that is appreciated to be able to rest). The sector has very close places to eat something rich and at a great price. Valentina is very cordial and was very attentive to hand over all the requested information. The apartment is very comfortable and very well maintained, it also has a balcony where you can observe at night in a very quiet environment. It was a very pleasant stay, which we would obviously repeat in the same place. You can see that there is concern about delivering good service and that is appreciated.

Beautiful cabin. Cozy, comfortable and comes with everything you need to make your stay comforting. The beds are wonderful and the cabin decoration is very quaint. It is much nicer than the photographs and it is a space that is carefully designed for those with children. The forest is beautiful, our son enjoyed to the fullest and so will we. We want to put on record how special our stay here in Santiago was — and much of it is due to this cozy and well-located apartment. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was organized very carefully, and it was a pleasure to be able to enjoy this space during our days in the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything, it made our tours much easier and allowed us to get to know the vibrant life of Santiago better. Our experience was very positive! Daniela was very attentive from the first communication and I offer very useful recommendations. The balcony has a spectacular 180 degree view to the entire west of the city including hills around. Day and night it's mind-blowing! The cost of this is a bit noisy but for us it was worth it. The area is very central close to everything: mall Viva for shopping, supermarket two streets away, central market for fish, and 10min from Plaza de armas. A negative aspect of this is that there are people in street (homeless) situation near the depto. But they were not aggressive or felt endangered at any time. The apartment is comfortable, the bed has a very good mattress and the kitchen everything you need. The only negative the sofa is not as comfortable as the sleeping bed. There is a concierge at the 24h building reception. The neighbors were also very friendly. In short, very good experience, thank you very much Daniela!
