Oziel's house is an excellent choice when you're in Apodaca, Oziel is attentive and very kind. I hope to return.

We stayed 2 weeks on vacation in this home and Bethia's place exceeded our expectations. Located in a gated community, it is in a safe and secure location. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home upon check in. The garden and mountain view is simply beautiful; plenty of flowers, plants and wonderfully decorated. The photos are an accurate representation. The turtle "farm" was a bonus that the grandchildren really enjoyed feeding them! Plenty of restaurants nearby and a 5 minute Uber ride to major brand supermarkets/malls. Also, a 10 minute walk to the nearest Oxxo for ice or convenient store items. Everything in the home worked flawlessly; air conditioning, hot water, gas grill, washer/dryer, etc. Good wireless internet and very new television/streaming service. We are very pleased that we chose this home and will certainly check for it's availability when we return to MTY. My only suggestion would be for outdoor seating to better enjoy the garden and outdoors.

Excellent villa, my family and I really enjoyed it. We were looking for something quiet to rest and have a good time and that was not so far from Santiago. We liked the safety of the place, it was very easy to locate the villa, everything was very clean, tidy and quiet; the staff was always on the lookout, the messages were very quick to respond before and during our stay and were super attentive at all times. We are very grateful for the courtesy details and that they received us in said villa, we would definitely come back again, we highly recommend this place.

He didn't love the stay at Grandma's house, it's a house that really reminds you of your grandparents' house, it has a very nice and pleasant garden, the facilities were very clean and we had no problem arriving. The host is attentive to any questions and very friendly. We hope to come back to stay there when we return to Santiago N.L.

Everything was great, excellent for family time

Our stay as a family was very pleasant, even though we did not have light for 5 hours due to a problem in the area it served us to disconnect from our phones and enjoy more as a family, Elizabeth was very friendly and left us to be overtime at no cost for this inconvenience even though it was a matter outside of it, the facilities are very nice and quiet, if by chance an area of opportunity in the service would be the fact that we were offered to use a speaker with a cost of $500.00 extras something that had not been touched by renting a property by this means, however, everything else in our stay was excellent and Elizabeth always pending.

We had a great time at the quinta, it's very quiet, a very good space, and the kids enjoyed the playroom. We enjoyed the pool and the grill.

We really enjoyed your beautiful home and the absolutely gorgeous surroundings and views. A really great set up with the outdoor covered patio for grilling and relaxing by the pool. Plenty of room inside the home along with a fully stocked kitchen for preparing the meals. Fantastic place, thank you, Mark
