Beautiful and practical house to rest, great location as you have a square right across the street where you will find everything! The only one but I would put it would be the mattresses that are already a little overdue, but otherwise everything is perfect

The parking lot is large and very practical, Rachell was very attentive and thought of every detail to make us comfortable, the area is safe, quiet and at the same time very well located, close to everything. Excellent spot in a great neighborhood, there’s lots of restaurants (including some of the best tacos in Qro), coffee shops, pharmacies, bakeries etc. And the house was so comfortable, spacious, clean with everything you need (including a washer) . Comunicación with the host was on point, always responsive and always willing to help if anything needed, definitely felt at home. We will come back.

The place was very b nice and clean. the licationwas good, and there is plenty of shopping near buy. the backyard was a wonderful addition and gave you an oasis from the city. I would highly recommend staying here especially for a family or several couples.

The accommodation is nice, it is small, but warm and family-like. We did not stay as a family, two adults and a child, and the stay was nice. We spent our Christmas train in the accommodation and it felt like home. We greatly appreciate the communication and ease of hosting. I can recommend this place because it is close to the historic center of the city. The house has enough security to feel safe, with surveillance, something that surprised me, is that I had the ease of having everything at hand and appliances, as well as a washing machine to spend a few days in the city. Without a doubt, we will stay if we are given the opportunity again to visit the beautiful city

Good accommodation with work areas if that's your case. Only the refrigerator was leaking water and the iron they have almost burned one of my shirts since it is old and of low quality. More trash cans are needed and the main room's light was not working. We would return, but it needs to pay attention to the details and give it a little more maintenance.

A stay that met my expectations, everything was tidy, a large and well-ordered house, no negative observations, everything was positive during the two days.

The house was very nice, well-kept and tidy with quite nice details, it has the essentials, the private area is very safe and quiet.

We had a great stay at Fernando's property although it is important to note a few things: the property has 4 levels so please keep in mind in case of mobility issues. You enter the property on a main floor and there are 3 bedrooms one floor down and another bedroom which is located two floors above the main floor. Another thing to mention is that it is better to have a car if you are staying at this place, given its location. There is a very ample parking garage at the property, which is great. Finally, the home is located fairly near a highway down the hill, and it can be a little noisy in the bedrooms if you are sensitive to sound. Would we stay again? Yes, we thought it was an ample home with good value.
