Family-friendly holiday rentals in Santiago de los Caballeros

First off we were highly impressed by the security process as it is very safe. There are 2 cameras outside the apt door as well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The A/C was in each bedroom & was perfect. There were 2 terraces on each floor which was amazing! We left the terrace doors open & never had even one mosquito. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The Host bends over backwards to keep you happy! My group and I will definitely stay here again!!!

Carmen's apartment in Residencia Heidy was the perfect location for our month-long stay in Santiago! She and her son Carlos were very responsive and helpful and made us feel like part of the family. The apartment was both clean and spacious and located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance from several nice restaurants. We especially appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer and security of living in a building with a locked gate. Would love to return and stay here again!

Ramon was such a pleasure to deal with. He took the stress out of seeking accommodations, and made us feel comfortable and secure during our stay. This booking was absolutely amazing, and an excellent value for our money. I’ll definitely be looking to book this apartment again when I’m back.

Amazing place. Peaceful, private, and safe.

We had an amazing amazing time! The host, security and everyone was very attentive. We felt so safe , the neighborhood is lovely. The property was MASSIVE with so much to do. All of my kids and grandkids had an amazing time. This is an amazing place for those staying in Santiago with Large groups. Look no further, this is the Airbnb to stay at! We can’t wait to go again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The location was stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The property was spotless, and the variety of restaurants nearby was fantastic. The place was beautiful. Gated community, private, very clean, any spacious. We felt safe. Saul (the co-host) he was great!!! Attentive, answered our calls promptly. Made sure we were accommodated upon arrival. Same goes with Lynette ( the host). Excellent service.

Dulce listing was just as accurate to the pictures and descriptions. Everything went and looked great, it was a nice resident and gated area
