This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

My stay was just excellent.😁 From the first moment, the communication was fluid and the attention incredible. The place was spotless, well located and exactly as in the pictures. Care was noted in every detail. I would definitely come back here and recommend it 100% 🙌

The apartment is very nice. The listing's photos correspond to reality. All items in the apartment are of good quality: bed, towels, equipment, bed linen. Access to the place is good, safe and in the surroundings there are many options of shops, restaurants and markets

We recommend this place! Mabel and Carina are very kind, the apartments are dreamy, decorated with the smallest detail, you can tell that there is love in that place, they thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, it has laundry detergent, shampoo, soap... etc The decoration of the place is very nice, the details, very cozy! very good location, you can walk, there are many restaurants, parks, close to everything! 100% recommended, we would return to this wonderful place :) definitely a nice experience in this place :)

Exactly what was needed for me, a nice apartment in a great location.

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

great stay with nice furniture and convenient location, walkable to the university and city center. hosts were quickly responsive to any questions or concerns.

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. Replace for remote working. Very close to parks and easy to walk to different areas. The street seems a little sketchy, but it’s pretty normal. Everything worked really well very spacious super fast Internet. Very clean.

Rodrigo is an excellent host! From the day we booked, he was always very helpful and answered all our questions. He gave tips on restaurants and places to visit in Santiago. Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood. The place was very cozy and it had great views of the Andes. The Pedro de Valdivia subway stop was only a kilometer away. Many great restaurants are also close, as is the mall!

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

We had an awesome stay! The pool is sweet. Amenities, location, and comfort were all top notch. The apartment is quiet and spacious, and the area has tons of great restaurants and is very safe. Jorge was a great host, would stay again.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
