From Hacienda it is 100 mtr to the lakeside facilities: pool jacuzzi, sauna, dock, kayaks, BBQ place, fire pit, yoga hut. These are shared by some 10 cottages. For people who want to relax and enjoy nature. Not for parties.

Cozy and relaxing with view of Lake Atitlan

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

The accommodation does not have a beach or private dock. If you walk a little, you can enjoy them.
