Beautiful quiet stay, perfect for spring getaway with a young child. Lots of amazing beaches and cultural sites within a short drive. Also an unexpected and new dinosaur theme park which we didn't expect to find nearby, which our son loved. We passed several weeks here and it was relaxing and fun.

An excellent property if you want peace and tranquility in a countryside setting but also so close(20 minutes drive) from 2 major towns with everything you would need for shopping/groceries. It is also a 40 minute drive from some gorgeous beaches. Lisbon is about 1 hour 30 minutes drive away if you wanted to explore the city. We picked the property for the countryside setting and it didn't disappoint. The house had everything you would need. All mod cons. We cooked meals most nights . Beds were very comfy. Outdoor space was lovely especially the pool. Parking for car at the house. For convenience there is a small very well stocked supermarket 4 minutes away. We had a lady call twice during the holiday selling freshly caught fish from her vehicle. Overall we had an amazing time on our break in Flavio's property and would throughly recommend it for a stay in Portugal...

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The house is in a quiet area very near to all the Knights Templars castles which we wanted to visit. Having the small swimming pool was a great addition. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.

The house and the exterior were beautiful, we were able to rest. For us there was only one less positive point, we did not know that the house of the parents of the owner Isabel was literally next to the house we rented, the separation is a gate, but even so there is a door that gives access to the rented house, this takes away a little privacy. However, we loved it, and both the couple and the owner Isabel were super friendly and available

Amazing place and responsive host

The house is very nice, in person she wants more. The beds are very comfortable and very spacious living quarters with different decorations. A very well prepared pool and barbecue area, although the pool for the time we could not enjoy it. There is also an attic with billiards, chess, piano and tele where to have a good time. The only thing I think is scarce is the heater, being very large the radio stations on the ground floor are not enough. I also have to say that we offer wood for the fireplace there. There are also some common areas that have ping pong, soccer, children's park.. A very trnquila area and close to many places to visit. Nuentra stay was great and we were taken care of very well.

Despite the rainy weather, we loved staying in this house. The common area is super spacious and welcoming, ideal for having a good time with friends and family. The outdoor grill space is excellent — well-equipped and covered, which allowed us to enjoy a beautiful outdoor meal even in bad weather. The children had a lot of fun, there was room for safe play, and our pets were also very welcome. The house is comfortable, clean and perfect for those who seek to rest without giving up the company of their own.

Wow, what a beautiful quinta and wonderful location. We felt very welcome with our baby and dogs. It was peaceful and quiet with beautiful sunrises. We could see returning here when our child is older, it would be a great place for kids to play. So much to do and so many animals to see. Great dirt road to walk just off the property and so fast to get into Tomar. Thanks!

Our stay was amazing! The beds were super comfy, and the yard and views were absolutely gorgeous. The place is a perfect mix of modern tech and cozy countryside charm. The hosts were fantastic—super friendly, quick to reply, and full of brilliant local tips that made us feel like insiders. And honestly, the real stars of the show were the farm crew: Elvis and Shakira (the pigs with attitude) and Uva the donkey, who totally stole our hearts. Highly recommend for anyone in need of fresh air, beautiful views, and a few new four-legged friends.

Exceptional accommodation, with everything you need for the comfort of guests. Highly friendly owner. Ease of using third-party aids. High privacy in all rooms, with their own bathrooms. To be repeated, no doubt!

Mr. Jerónimo is an impeccable, super friendly and accessible host, having always been available! The outer area is wonderful and super comfortable, both for the conviviality and to relax by nature. The interior space has recently been remodeled, with all amenities required. We'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely time at Helen's. The area was beautiful and the facilities at the house were ideal - the playground and games room were perfect for our 2 yo.

Umbelina and her husband are lovely, and fantastic hosts. The site is ideal for a family of three and very well located for tourist routes. The surroundings are very nice and the house is very comfortable and clean. We will definitely repeat

The owner is always available for questions and will look with you for any solution, flexible. Katia provides the best breakfast and is incredibly helpful in all. They have the sweetest dogs and other animals on the property. Our kids have trouble leaving. They felt at home and missing the animals. From the cottage there is a view of the pool. Ideal also for younger children, the supervision of the pool is therefore optimal. The beds are fabulous! The area pays off for beautiful walks with or without a dog. Due to our emigration to Portugal, we visited many different airbnb houses and can rightly say that at Luis we only had a wonderful period of time! Thank you!

Very cozy and very well equipped house. The kitchen had everything (crockery, pots, pans, dishwasher). Very comfortable beds. Mosquito nets in almost every window, which were of very good quality and isolated the house from noise and wind. Right in front there is a task where you can have a coffee, soda or beer, but for other services (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) you have to go to Benedita by car (about 10 minutes). The area is quiet, with a lot of things to visit and see; Rio Mayor, Caldas, Péniche, Lourinha Dino Park,... The spectacular views of the house was a very pleasant stay, we felt at home at all times and Rosalina who did not welcome us and said goodbye was very kind and was attentive to us whenever we needed him.

I highly recommend it. We stayed at Ruben's place for four nights. The accommodation is in a beautiful and quiet environment. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to Lisbon. Other excursion destinations such as Sintra are also easily accessible. The farm with the pool is really great and worth a visit! Also very suitable for children with families. There are two farm dogs and two cats that you can only fall in love with 😍 Ruben and his wife were very warm and have given us many more tips for our trip. We will be happy to come back!

Truly true: a paradise on earth. 45 minutes drive from Lisbon on a quiet road, ideal to visit the city. Huge house with plenty of bedrooms and three beautiful bathrooms. Spacious equipped kitchen. The house is in a remote villa area and is secured as fort knox, with steel panels that you can close for all windows. Not only do they secure well, but they also provide less warmth inside (lack of air conditioning is actually not a miss, it stays cool enough), and screens all the sound from outside. And the pool, the gigantic pool: WoW. Larger than we had at many campsites in the past. In short: not cheap, but if you want to unpack it is highly recommended.
