I will definitely return to Suances and if America has their apartment available there I will be. The beautiful apartment, good views, well located (close to the promenade), all the comforts to feel at home, if I even leave us bread, muffins, coffee... all thinking so you can have breakfast the next day (and one day more). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, I explain everything about the apartment and surroundings and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took a wonderful memory and eager to repeat.

Practical and cozy accommodation, everything very clean, very comfortable beds and close to supermarkets and restaurants. José Luis was super kind at all times and concerned about our well-being, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat on our next visit. We recommend it. WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family friendly, true to photographs, super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, the bathroom is very comfortable and with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after all the day of tourism, the terrace is indescribable super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets without words. It is a very quiet place, ideal for disconnecting and getting out of the ordinary. A car is a MUST as there are no amenities nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, more stairs are added. The parking space is ample but a fairly “justito” elevator is necessary to access according to the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA 'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts of 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation. Of course, Rafael has done everything this beautiful place has to offer. His open and very polite manner completes my vacation perfectly. This airbnb is a balm for the soul!

We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. The kitchen well equipped with necessities. Also highlighting the proximity to the beach, the pool, which my children always use and the garage square. We'll be back.

The house is wonderful. Located in a very quiet area where you can rest. With nearby supermarkets, beach and mountain just a stone's throw away. A playground just few meters from the house... The house itself with its lawn area and its terrace where to spend good ratos de chat. Clean and spacious rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds... even have some other toy for the little ones. The fully flexible check-in time and Ainhoa always pending and with excellent communication. We stayed for a weekend but I would definitely come back here without a doubt. The other couple who accompanied us think the same. We truly felt right at home. We spent a weekend with friends at Carmen's house. We were very comfortable. The house is wonderful in terms of space, comfort, services and a step away from downtown. Communication with Carmen was great from the start, making it easy for us to check in and out. I highly recommend this accommodation. And it's amazing to go with kids too! They have a trampoline, a playroom... everything taken care of in detail!

Both the house and the surroundings are perfect for a few days of disconnection, especially for families.

You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check-out time: normally it is at 12 and so there is more time to clean up, but in this case it was at 11.

Ana's house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We spent three nights to visit Cantabria, and it was very good for us to travel from one place to another. Ana always answered messages very quickly and tried to solve all the problems we had. There was a problem with the washing machine and she immediately offered to wash our clothes and return them to us dry.

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to be able to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.
