Great house, even better garden! We had a very pleasant stay.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

If you want a more authentic/meet friendly local farmers/quiet and extremely awesome host experience. This is it !!! Seriously never encountered a more welcoming experience. The eggs, the cake and fruit that welcomed us was amazing and unexpected. The cleanliness and washer / dryer and all the needed details were covered. Pedro is the best thing about this place the man is a legend really kind and helpful goes over and beyond. The place is so nice pool is amazing with fantastic views. I can not fault the place. Over three floors we had 12 people in it and didn’t feel cramped. Book this place you will not regret it

We had a lovely stay with the five of us. It lacked nothing, really everything was present (even a cheese slicer, nice for a Dutchman😅). Also a lovely outdoor area with enough furniture for all of us. Highly recommended. I would love to come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BHF Residence. Odette was a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and responding immediately to a mix up with our keys. The residence is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a view of the ocean, and easy access to restaurants and stores as well as some of the better hiking trails. The layout of the house is perfect for two couples, had all the amenities one would want and everything was super clean. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Yvo's place went very well. Everything was as described and photographed. Yvo is caring and very available, responsive. He was able to help us when we needed it and give us valuable advice so that everything went well for us! The place is peaceful, the landscapes are beautiful and we felt very good there. If we ever return to Madeira, we will definitely return to this accommodation!

the check in and check out was super easy and the accommodation was really well equipped especially in the kitchen which is really not common in every airbnb! we were completely convinced and would recommend the accommodation! We received quick and friendly answers to our questions.

An unforgettable stay! Christina and Aleixo are exceptional hosts. They spontaneously picked us up from the airport and took us back again - an incredible service! Thanks to their help, we were able to rent a scooter easily and without hidden costs. Together, we ate in local restaurants and experienced the island authentically. The accommodation was even more beautiful than described – clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything. But what made this vacation really special was their warm, almost family-like manner. They were always available, had great insider tips for excursions and simply took care of us in a touching way. We didn't feel like guests, but like friends. Thank you for this wonderful time - we will be back!

it was a really very nice big house with a paradisical balcony and a magnificent view over the whole village at less than 300 meters high. You have to have a car very clearly,otherwise it could be problematic. It actually gets cold at night and in the morning, but there are at least mobile heating devices in the apartment. Unfortunately, we also noticed cockroaches in the direct reference, but after we removed 5 pieces, we didn't have a problem with it anymore

Could not be a better location for a family vacation. Great public swimming pool nearby. Large grocery store one minute walk away, also post office. Many restaurants and cafes within few minutes walking distance. Good access to center of Funchal (old town) by taxi, Uber, bus (01, 02 lines). Best Airbnb location we have ever had.

We had a pleasant stay at Ivone and Garry's. The apartment has an amazing view of the sea and everything you need. We will definitely come back for a future stay in Madeira!

We had a lovely stay in Madeira! Absolutely stunning views from the apartment. Marco was super responsive throughout our stay, and found us a lovely local taxi driver when Bolt/Uber had forsaken us. Would definitely stay again!

I really like it It is necessary to keep in mind only the path that Google Maps gives us but once we know the right way, nothing to point out!

It was just the way we expected, too bad the jacuzzi needed so much time to warm up that we didnt use it.

We enjoyed our stay at one bedroom villa. Garden with herbs, pool, view and the house were spectacular. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful here, we would definitely come back. Check in and all communications with Fabrice Ana and Shelom were responsive and helpful, definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this accomodation. It was nice to explore an area outside of Funchal and was a good base to explore around the island. The place was very clean and the view was stunning. The hosts were very kind and friendly at both check in and check out. I would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved staying here. The photos do not do the place justice. It really is a beautiful house. It’s so very quiet there too. I loved being in the garden to do yoga on the platform, surrounded by plants. The hosts added so many little touches that were really appreciated- plenty of soap, herbs in the cupboard, a bottle of wine, books ….. I really did not want to leave. There are not many beautiful, very quiet places to stay. We were only 15 minutes from Funchal!

We had wonderful days at the property and would book them again anytime. There was everything you needed and very clean.

We loved our stay at the rock villa's. We were very sad to leave - we hope to have the opportunity to return. The villa itself was beautiful (as pictured in the ad), clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Fabrice was a superb host, friendly and attentive. The location was great, easy enough to find and very peaceful. The view was magic.

Very large and well located accommodation that allows you to do all the activities in Madeira with a reasonable drive time. It is also very well equipped and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The garden is also very pleasant. In addition, Michael was a lovely and very responsive host, we recommend it!
