While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, foosball, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he came by quickly and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we were even able to check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access over the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. We can warmly recommend the house for people who want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle. In the very large meadow, there is a volleyball/badminton court as well as football goals. Pool area very clean and nice. Restaurants & everything you need can be reached in 20min by car. The sea in 40 minutes.

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

We were already in Nejc's beautiful house for the second time. It's simply an oasis of well-being! A great house that was furnished with a lot of taste. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. The idyllic garden has delighted us every morning and our dog loves it there. To get to the coast, you have to plan 20 minutes by car, but it is definitely worth it. Nejc is a great host who is always available and yet absolutely preserves the privacy of his guests. We will definitely come back! Thank you Nejc!!!💖

Very good stay with Fides who is an incredible host of kindness and simplicity. We were welcomed like kings with cold drinks for our arrival, pastries, figs and tomatoes during our stay and finally a small gift for our departure. Amazing, we've never been so well received. The house is as described, very close to the pool and has everything you will need. Only a very small downside, the noise of the road which can sometimes be inconvenient but does not spoil your stay. We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

We had a lovely week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also due to the right decor. Of course, you have to keep in mind that it's an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With baby crawling, the house was not very suitable as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, just the right thing. The location overall is perfect for things to do in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual) so you can cook relaxed. The communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key drop-off, is very nice.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We had a wonderful stay! We were there with two families and enjoyed the pool and often drove to the beach. The house is great and very well maintained. Thank you for everything!

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

We booked the great accommodation with Vladimir for 10 days with 6 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house is fantastic. The garden is huge (not fenced) and next to football gates, ping pong table, huge trampoline and co. it is beautifully landscaped. The heated pool was easy to use even in April. The kids and dog could romp outside. There are a huge amount of toys. Otherwise, the house is equipped with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and stylish. You are very quickly in all the great places in Istria and yet a little away from the hustle and bustle. We were most impressed by the quick response and support of Vladimir and Valdi. For small problems (pool heating, heating in general) or other questions, both support immediately. Vladimir gave us many wonderful tips on what to do in the area. Such courteous communication from the Host is rare!

We spent our vacation at Irena & Haris' house, we had a great time, the house is fresh, cozy, clean, the bed very comfortable, the large garden where you can rest, sunbathe, barbecue, relax and enjoy the starry night. Irena is very kind and helpful in everything, she gave us many tips for both the beaches for our little dog and the parties in the area. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful, not too crowded so very relaxing even in August. Highly recommended!
