Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sant'Agnello

We spent a relaxing few nights in this lovely Airbnb, its fairly high up the hill but you can catch the bus from the centre of Positano for a few euros which drops you just outside of the apartment opposite the. We loved sitting on the balcony with some snacks and a bottle or two of wine watching the sunset and looking at the amazing views. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. We were checked in by Angelo who couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us some great tips for restaurants and what was in the local area and the easiest way down to the centre of Positano. We booked porter service to bring our luggage up to the apartment but we walked back down to the port on leaving along the road which is downhill all the way and very easy to navigate with cases and it took it around 15 to 20 mins at a gentle pace. A fab place to stay.

Amazing stay, Adriana was amazing, her goal was to make guests comfortable, with all the knowledge needed, small or large advice given. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, always happy to help to make your holiday and experience in Pompei out if this world. Neighbourhood was friendly, and quiet. Lovely to come back to, rest by the pool after a long day walking. Well recommended air bnb.

My wife and daughter had a wonderful time here. We cannot say enough about Francesco and Marco, who helped us out during our visit. From the recommendation of an awesome local restaurant, to helping us get into the apartment when my wife kept the key while shopping downtown. Thank you again Carlo! Pictures cannot do enough to convey the stunning view from the yard. There are nice gardens in the yard and there is an ancient path, with a church on the way down, that provides a short cut into the city. I had recent hip replacement surgery, so I couldn't walk down the hill, but my wife in her sixties was able to do the walk. The sunsets were gorgeous, overlooking the Bay of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius in the background. Extremely relaxing after a long day exploring. Giuseppina was an amazing host - she was great and easy to communicate with, responsive, and very friendly. She picked us up from the ferry (port) and took us to the apartment and showed us everything. The apartment is nestled in a beautiful garden with lots of lemons and other fruit trees, flowers, and plants. It is an easy walk from the city centre. Giuseppina washed my clothes for me as well - which was totally unexpected, and extremely generous of her. She had convenient snacks and breakfast for us at the Airbnb - water, coffee, croissants, yogurt, juice, etc. Giuseppina also came the day of check-out and took us to the train station. We would come back any day! Thank you Giuseppina.

Outstanding and excellent in every way. Perfect location. Easy convenient walk to train station Sant Agnello - Ideal spot allows you to avoid the crowds in Sorrento, but still close enough to Sorrento to walk if the train is running a little late. The small local public beach is a true treasure, and not crowded. Sant Agnello is really the best spot to make a "base" so to see all of the stunning beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We will stay in this adorable town again for sure! Thank you Vincenzo!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful property! Nestled in the middle of a vibrant lemon and orange garden, the location was incredibly serene and peaceful. The natural surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway — it felt like a hidden gem. One of the highlights of our stay was the flexibility of the check-in process. The host, who lives on the same property complex, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we could check in at our convenience, which was a huge plus. The host was also wonderfully friendly, welcoming us with a warm smile and a tasty bakery treat upon arrival, which was a lovely touch! The property was well-maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in the heart of nature, with the added benefit of a kind and helpful host. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, the place of Gianmarco’s place is great. Although we don’t see him personally but we are welcomed by his sister. The bed is a little small for two people, but with the sofa bed the problem is solved. The location is also super convenient, which is just 2 minutes from the train station. I really recommend this apartment!

This apartment has a great location, the view is spectacular, the surroundings beautiful, very comfortable, supermarket close, we felt like home. You will not be in the center of Sorrento, however you’ll be close, peaceful, quiet, easy to get to the train station, you’ll be two stops close of main Sorrento. For those who use UBER, you will have to use the train or taxis. Teresa was very proactive and responsive. We had such a great time in her place. We recommend this place 100 %. Ciao Teresa!

Cannot say enough about this fabulous stay. Fabrizio met us at the train station and carried our luggage as he toured the neighbourhood for us. Showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. He also scouted out gluten free restaurants for us as I am a celiac. Top 10 greeting.

I had a great stay at Massimos! The place was kept very clean and had a beautiful private garden, which was nice for the extra space. It was an easy walk to some beautiful restaurants and beach club and was an easy walk or train to the Sorrento township. Massimo was a very friendly host and was very proactive at replying to any queries I had. I had an enjoyable stay here ☺️

We had a very nice stay at Isabella's! We didn't arrive until midnight and the late check-in was no problem at all. Isabella was at our side throughout the stay with very good recommendations for excursions and restaurants. The house is a small oasis of tranquility compared to the otherwise very touristy places on the Amalfi coast. The approach to the house is (typically Italian) very narrow, but with a little practice and a small car it is clear. ;-) Thank you very much Isabella for the beautiful holiday!

We spent a lovely four days at Federico's place. The location was close enough to walk to Sorrento but also quiet. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we had no complaints. Federico was extremely helpful and accommodating. He organised a transfer for us from tha airport and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend if you would like an affordable place to stay in the Sorrento area.

Our stay was excellent! Rosa and her husband were super nice to us. The apartment was in an excellent location, super clean, with everything you need. The view is amazing, it was a pleasure to wake up every day there. We would love to come back and we would definitely choose to stay in the same apartment! Amazing stay with very responsive owners. The perfect location away from downtown Sorrento. We stayed for 3 nights and walked 25 minutes into town every day. The train station is a 5 minute walk and it’s a 2 minute train ride to Sorrento if you don’t want to walk. Roof deck had the best views. Rooms for comfy. Highly recommend - will definitely book again when we return to Italy!

This home is just like the beautiful photos but even more spacious than I expected. We traveled with 3 teenage boys (five of us in all) and had so much space here. The host, Pierluigi has thought of everything. It is so well stocked and so clean. Amazing terraces with water views, large kitchen, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Very close to shopping and restaurants. This is the best property I’ve ever stayed in. And on top of all that, Pierluigi is so responsive, thoughtful and gracious. You couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend and we would stay here again for certain!!

I highly recommend this room! It looks exactly like the photos—spacious and very comfortable! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port, making it easy to explore other places. Ferry tickets can be purchased nearby, which was super convenient! Pamela is an amazing and understanding host. Our flight to Sorrento got canceled, leaving us unable to arrive as planned, but Pamela was extremely responsive and kind. She allowed us to postpone our stay by a day without any issues—we truly appreciate her flexibility! Upon arrival, Pamela’s husband warmly welcomed us. Since the room is on the top floor (around 3rd-4th floor), he kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs and even provided helpful tips about local attractions. Pamela is a truly outstanding host—whenever we had questions or issues, she responded promptly with solutions. We’re so grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Erika was brilliant! There were some challenges in relation to the AC which she solved efficiently and quickly. I think it’s better when writing a review that I comment on actual events, as opposed to “it’s great”, “super five stars”, etc. etc. The bottom line was if I had an Erika - and an appartment like Erika’s - all the time, then it would be fantastico! Our stay at Antonio's Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The place was even more charming than the pictures. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the fresh towels, to the incredibly comfortable bed. The location was also perfect; a peaceful oasis just and conveniently close to public transport and great restaurants . Antonio was an exceptional host, responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We truly appreciate it.

Carlo's apartment ws beautiful!! very tastefully decorated, spacious and very thoughtfully stocked. Staying in S. Agnello allowed us to be in a quieter less touristy area with Sorrento being a quick one station hop by subway! Carlo was kind enough to meet us and personally check us in and he gave us some quick history regarding all the paintings in the apartment. he also sent us a bunch of recommendations around town which were super helpful! we have a 4 year old and Painter house was perfect for us as it was quieter with a park just across the street and yet close enough to Sorrento for us to be able to do all the touristy things we needed to do

perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area. A short walk from the bustling Sorrento. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Alberto gave us help with booking transport from Naples airport and even meet us at the bus stop. He could not have been more informative and kind. We had a lovely stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the train and a short ride into Sorrento, which is especially beautiful to visit at night. It’s also a perfect base for exploring Pompeii and the surrounding areas. The setting is peaceful, and one of the highlights was the bathtub—absolutely amazing after a long day of walking! We also appreciated the fresh oranges available for juice and the iron, which came in handy for getting ready for evenings out. Highly recommended!
