Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Sant'Agnello

Our stay in Naples was an amazing experience because of Annamaria & her family! They were incredibly kind and made you feel so welcome in their home. Their home itself is beautiful and the view from the balcony is better than the photos can even show! The location is great, there are so many great shops and restaurants in walking distance and the subway is not far either making it easy to get to the more touristy areas in the center. If we come back to Naples again, we will definitely stay here!!

A lovely man, with a little warm bnb, in a little welcoming town. We loved our stay at this property. We chose Maiori to be our base for a local experience and a step outside the hustle bustle of Amalfi. The location was good, 5 mins walk to a lively street filled with local shops (not souvineer shops) and restaurants and a lovely beach. We had a car so we drove to the other towns on the coast easily. Eating a great breakfast in the lemon garden was amazing!

I can’t say enough about Claudio and the accommodations in the heart of Sorrento!! His place was conveniently located right in the center of the town. He met us and walked us to the accommodations, which was a very nice and friendly touch. We had a couple hiccups with passport stuff and Claudio was so helpful letting us know where to get things FedExed and then even helping us get it expedited through his connections! Our boat tour got canceled due to rain and Claudio made a wonderful suggestion for Nonna Flora’s cooking class which turned out to be a huge highlight for our trip. Claudio was beyond helpful in every single way you can imagine. So kind so thoughtful so responsive. His place is beautiful with two balconies. Plenty of room for our family of four. The level of service he provided went above and beyond exceptional. I highly recommend his accommodations and hope to be back on the sooner side. Thank you, Claudio for both you and your beautiful accommodations!

We loved staying at Villa Laura from 6/12/25-6/17/25. The hosts Renado and Antionette were wonderful. Renado came to greet us outside the street and helped bring our luggage to the villa. He gave a tour of his gorgeous home, perched up in the beautiful village of Montepertuso. The views were fabulous, the home was sparkling clean with very well equipped kitchen, linens, towels and nice, beautiful clean home. He gave us a bottle of their family run and owned wine which was such as sweet gesture. The fridge had four bottles of cold water that was thoughtfully kept. The hosts were both always available to answer any questions. The breakfast every morning was fresh and farm to table and was delicious. They made a custom Father’s Day cake to celebrate along with delicious breakfast on Father’s day sunday. Incidentally, the hosts also own the restaurant La Tagliata, which is well known in the area, and we were able to get reservations! Highly recommend this gorgeous place and people!

Amazing airbnb with a responsive host!

The host is inspiring and kind person. The flat is very Cosy with many vintage and handmade details that are very smartly made. Exactly my taste. My room had an amazing chair done with old jeans. Everything was clean and super comfortable. The air conditioning is impresively powerful. For breakfast I had tasty homemade carrot cake. Greta place to visit Pompeii, Vesuvius. There is also a public beach with Black sand where one can get very fast with just a 5 minutes on the train in the direction to Napoli.

Paola was a great host! The airbnb was located a few steps away from the city center which was nice. She communicated really well, the place was as described. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. The breakfast across the street every morning was fabulous. The only tricky part was the amount of login codes to get into the building. three different codes for different doors. Otherwise all great!! I’d recommend this stay :)

Carmela and her husband were lovely hosts, the bnb has a stunning view of Positano below. Nocelle is a nice quiet village, would be easiest to access if you have your own transport.

Francesco was a lovely host, he was very welcoming and even gave me a gift when I left. 100% recommend his BnB it won't disappoint.

Beautiful place, amazing pool and grounds. Breakfast included every morning! Host answered all of our questions. You must visit the Restaurant Ortiga views are amazing!

Our favorite stay in all of Italy!! Costanzo and his family truly went above and beyond for us. Impeccable service, stunning views, and a beyond beautiful property. The room was spotless and the amenities were better than described. Costanzo helped us arrange lunch and dinner reservations as well, all of which were wonderful. We will be back and we will book a longer trip next time. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Everything was perfect, love the fact that they keep a quick breakfast in the room from products they produce. Most AirBnBs these days have lost the Breakfast in the BnB aspect but it's nice to see this host put in effort into it. Also very knowledgeable across the region, not just the amalfi coast and gave us good tips for the rest of our trip.

Great place to stay in Naples and close to metro stop. Good pizza places close by as well!

Our stay was awesome! It is in a great location, very walkable with lots of restaurants/ shops. It was very clean and there was even some free snacks. The host was flexible and let us check in early!

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Letizia’s place! Our hosts were lovely, Letizia was there at check in with biscuits and cold lemon water to greet us and Roberta gave us lots of helpful instructions and was very responsive before and during our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described with a lovely view over Menaggio, and so many nice touches throughout the home. We also enjoyed breakfast provided each day on the terrace - how nice! It’s a short walk from Menaggio town so bring your walking shoes and be prepared for a few steps, i would recommended booking the golf cart to take you up the hill when you arrive with your luggage. Overall I would highly recommend this stay!!

I was able to have a friendly and warm experience in an Italian home. With thoughtful guidance both inside and outside the host, I stayed like my home for a comfortable two-night stay, and the furnishings in the room were well-equipped, so there was no inconvenience. I would highly recommend it if my friends visit Naples.

Place was great and one of the best views I have ever seen. Always had snacks and coffee available and restocked the kitchen frequently. Air conditioning was very nice and the shower was great. Walk was not great up to the place with luggage but without luggage it was not too bad. Had a great stay overall!

Giuseppe was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The room was private, clean, and quiet! He gave lots of local recommendations and his breakfast pastries and cappuccinos were delicious! I could not recommend staying here more.

We had a truly amazing stay at Villa Maiki Sorrento. The villa exceeded all our expectations — it’s beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Camilla was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She made us feel at home from the very beginning and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We’re more than satisfied — this was one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Marvelous discovery in Capri, Angelo and Giulia have an amazing place to treat yourself to a wonderful vacation, beautiful and spot clean apartment with everything you would want for a vacation absolutely perfect !!!!they were also very helpful with the tips they gave us on what to do and how to do it to get around Capri on the cake and the icing on the cake was our breakfast pastries baked by Angelo himself… so congratulations and wish you all the luck!
