Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung und sehr viele Details, das verdient wirklich ein Lob. Man sieht die Vorteile, wenn sich ein privater Gastgeber wie Gian Luca und seine Mama mit viel Liebe um alles kümmern. Wir konnten dreimal grillen, mega! Wir fanden es insgesamt toll! Tipps für Strände: Alles zwischen Badesi und Marinedda fanden wir besser als den Strand in La Caccia (geht aber natürlich auch).

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der wunderschönen Unterkunft, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, das Haus ist toll und die Gegend bietet sich für viele schöne Ausflüge im Norden der Insel an. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, danke.

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Wir haben eine Woche in Gianlucas Apartment in La Caletta verbracht. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – Geschäfte, Restaurants, Eisdielen, eine Apotheke sowie der Stadtstrand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch schöne Strände in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Gianluca und seine Frau waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

O espaço da Marina é muito grande, arejado. e extremamente limpo. Tal qual como nas fotos. Não é comum encontrar um apartamento de um quarto com tanto espaço e com tudo o que se pode precisar para uns dias de férias. Tem até máquina de lavar roupa que é muito prático e que poucas vezes se encontra em casas de férias. O lugar é muito sossegado, virado a sul e, desde casa e desde o terraço, vê-se o mar e a ilha de Tavolara. Tem estacionamento privado para mais de um carro e uma cama extra que não usámos mas que há que ter em conta. A Marina é super simpática, está sempre atenta e disponível às nossas necessidades e fala inglês perfeitamente o que ajuda muito na comunicação. Vamos sem dúvida voltar. Obrigada.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. We konden ook al vroeg inchecken. De woning ligt lekker afgezonderd. In de avond lang kunnen buiten zitten. Wel verstandig om wat muggenspray mee te nemen. De kleine supermarkt is het plaatsje is dichtbij om ‘s morgens brood te halen. Nicky reageert supersnel als je iets wilt weten. Helaas tijdens ons verblijf een probleem met de internet provider die volgens mij ook het telefonie signaal verstrekt. Ook met je telefoon bij het huisje geen voldoende signaal om berichten te kunnen binnenhalen. Als je naar de andere kant van de weg loopt, iets de heuvel op, is er wel ontvangst. Deze locatie is ten zeerste aan te bevelen.

We had an amazing stay with our toddler. We enjoyed the view, the garden, the beach within 5 min walk. Sara was very helpfull and responsive.

Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Insbesondere das Bad ist erste Klasse. Von der Veranda und Terrasse lässt sich den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen und der Blick und die kurze Distanz zum Meer sind einfach toll. Stefania ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Very nice accommodation! Clean and thoughtfully decorated! Within walking distance to a vineyard where I recommend doing a wine tasting with no driving required afterwards ;) We loved staying at this place!

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excepcional, y tener cochera es un gran plus. Es tal cual las fotos. Además los servicios : internet, cocina, lavandería, lavaplatos, etc… funcionan muy bien.

Casa molto accogliente. Facile da raggiungere e in una posizione davvero strategica, situata nel pieno centro, con tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. La casa molto pulita. Il posto auto privato è stato un grande valore aggiunto, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più pratico. Grazie di cuore a Mirko e Luca per l’ospitalità!

Nous avons séjourné chez Alessandro en avril 2025. Les lieux étaient très calmes et agréables. L'appartement se situe au sein d'une résidence dans un bel environnement à proximité de nombreuses balades et plages. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Attention, toutefois il n'y a pas de vue mer contrairement à ce que nous pensions.

Very cosy and privat place. Everything was perfect and as expected. Many very useful and detailed recommendations. Could even do a late check out on the departure day - many thanks for this extra service. Highly recommend this place with many beautiful beaches close by and easy to reach by car.

Hermoso departamento de playa con acceso independiente y una vista increíble. Muy cerca de Porto Rotondo y con cochera cubierta incluida justo enfrente al acceso del departamento. Fue un plus que tuviera muchas comodidades para ir a la playa, como por ejemplo sillas de playa, sombrilla, esterilla y conservadora. Marina siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades y consultas. Super recomendable!!!!

Notre séjour chez Eva s’est très bien passé. L’accueil personnalisé à notre arrivée par son mari, nous a permis de nous acclimater très rapidement Le logement est très propre et la literie impeccable Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tergu est un village typique, éloigné de l’agitation du littoral. Nous serions heureux d’y revenir. Merci encore à Jimmy pour son accueil et ces conseils

Emanuele è stato molto gentile, la casa è veramente fornita di tutto. Supermercati e bar a due passi da casa. Per arrivare al centro di san Teodoro solo 8 min in macchina, ottima posizione. Per arrivare la spiaggia più vicina ci vogliono meno di 10 min raggiungibili in macchina. Consigliata al 100%

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Micheles Haus verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund vor Ort, der sich im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

A Casa fica muito bem localizada, a 5 minutos a pé da lindíssima praia de La Pelosa. A casa estava muito bem cuidada e limpa, tem um espaço exterior muito agradável. A anfitriã, Giannella, é muito prestativa e acolhedora. Excelente opção para uns dias de praia em La Pelosa!
