Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Jason’s house. The views were amazing and the location is the best we’ve stayed in at Sea Ranch. The path to the bluff trail was right next to the house and just a short walk you get to amazing tide pools (my daughter and I woke up early to make it at low tide!) and really the best pacific coast views. Jason’s house was immaculate and we really appreciated how complete the kitchen was!! And the blue bottle and intelligentsia coffee beans were a great treat. The hot tub was also great to use after swimming in the rec center. Thank you Jason!!

This was our third trip to The Ranch House and it never disappoints. Rather, Stephanie has updated several areas that made our experience, this time with a baby, that much better. The updated shower was a big hit with my wife. The water stays hot and the removable shower head makes for a comfortable experience. The bedroom, more spacious now, retained that cozy feeling with a little more room to put up the Pack-'n-Play (very convenient that they have one) so our baby could sleep comfortably at the foot of the bed. The bedding is soft, comfortable and we slept well every night. Personally, I enjoyed the Nespresso and other coffee options and some additions in the kitchen that assisted with dinner prep. Finally, this was our first trip during the summer (early June) and the weather was fabulous. With it being a little warmer, there's plenty of trails that provide shade throughout. What an amazing stay for our family, we can't wait to return!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the weekend I was prosing to my girlfriend. The pictures do not do the place justice and the views from the backyard are amazing. Brian was an excellent host and was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We loved the peaceful vibe of Sea Ranch and can’t imagine coming back and not staying at this place. We look forward to returning again in the future!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The pool was an added benefit on hot days! It’s somewhat small for a group because it only has one bedroom but still worth the experience.

The house was just as described and perfect for 6 adults. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Would recommend as a home base for anyone looking for a Santa Rosa wine country home base!

My girlfriend (now fiance) and I loved this home. It was beautiful to wake up and look in the backyard and just see a vineyard everyday. Pretty much has anything and everything you could think about needing at a home! The grill and hot tub were great to use! We took this time to celebrate our anniversary while also getting engaged at a winery nearby. The drive to the town was short and there was a gas station just right before going in. The privacy of the location is great and really gave us that comfortable setting to where we could be ourselves.

Absolutely beautiful, kid friendly - would definitely come back.

The place was clean and well stocked. We had a great time BBQing one night and enjoyed the hot tub. It is close to wineries and other attractions. The host was very communicative and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this home for stay if you are visiting Santa Rosa.

Wish I could post some pictures. We had a couple pregnant deer one morning. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Wonderful place to stay. Gualala is relaxed. There are a couple great restaurants. We went with 5 teenagers to young adults (family +1 friend) and there was plenty of room for 7 people. Would definitely stay here again. Host communicated well.

Sparkling clean, great location, walkable to everything. Very comfortable beds! Clutter-free and has everything you need for eating in, family dinners, and hanging out. Our second stay and we will return. Vann is a very helpful and responsive host!

Super cozy and beautiful home in the quiet woods outside Guerneville. The hot tub was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay. The living room was comfortable and great for lounging, and the beds were comfortable too. Would love to come back again in the future.

Gorgeous home away from home in Sonoma/wine country! The “Winelight” is a cozy, utterly charming getaway, perfectly situated to relax and enjoy nature, wine-tasting, farmers markets, yummy food. Michael is a fabulous host, generously welcoming us with a bottle of wine! He quickly responded to questions and steered us toward the best local experiences! We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, breakfast on the patio deck, soaking in the hot tub after hiking near redwoods and paddling down the Russian River. Michael’s attention to detail made our stay so comfy: plenty of home/beach towels, maps/guidebook, flowers, full TV options, cards, magazines, laundry room, small dishes on bedside tables. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to come back! Thank you, Michael, for helping our family to make such precious memories! 💕😍 We felt so happy staying in your delightful home.

This home in Santa Rosa was lovely, worth every star in its 5-star rating! It was perfectly suited for my family of 6. First, the house was clean upon arrival. Entry to the property was easy, and the instructions were simple to follow. The house itself was comfortable and had everything you might need during your stay (even extra trash bags, extra soap, etc.). The surrounding property was beautiful - the pool (also clean and ready to swim in) overlooked the hills of Northern California, and the porch swing offered a relaxing moment away from the pool (with 4 kids, that was also nice!). The only time I contacted the owner all week was for propane for the grill, and she responded within minutes! I would highly recommended this stunning property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in California's wine country. We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful property inside and out, looks exactly like the pictures! The hosts are very responsive and will answer your messages within a few minutes. Pool and kitchen are AMAZING! Majority of our time was spent in/around the pool and cooking in the kitchen. The pool is very clean and well kept and it was warm throughout our entire stay. As someone who travels with cooking equipment whenever I know I’ll be cooking, I can also confirm that their kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals (good quality too)! Note that there are no curtains in any room in the house. During the day, the views and natural light are beautiful! But in full transparency, it was pitch black at night and crept us out a little because we’re from the city, so we ended up buying thumbtacks and putting towels over the windows. To be clear, this was our personal experience, but it shouldn’t deter you from checking this place out. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

Beautiful property and unit was very well appointed. Ideal location close to Montgomery Village and Hwy 12, but feels like you are out in the countryside. Would definitely stay here again. One thing to note that's not readily apparent in the photos is there are two rental units on the property that face each other. This unit is still fairly private as the bedroom is on the other side of the unit.

The home was perfect. We had our infant son and 3 year. Yard was perfect for my son to play. Each room had all the entertainment apps needed for movies. My baby loved the movie projector played on the wall. It was clean, roomy and host were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Super great location near Windsor and 12 minutes from Healdsburg. Easy check in, lovely view, and comfortable beds. Fenced in yard as well. Would definitely go back!

We had the most amazing time at Carl’s stunning home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures—spacious, perfectly designed, and filled with thoughtful details. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the layout of the home made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The amenities were incredible—from the sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub to the Nespresso machine that made our mornings extra special. Carl was a fantastic host. We communicated by email before the trip, and he provided us with wonderful vineyard recommendations that turned out to be highlights of our stay. On our way out, we had the pleasure of meeting Carl in person, and he was just as kind and welcoming as we expected. This was truly a special experience in a truly exceptional home. We can’t recommend it enough and are already dreaming about coming back!

Amanda's place is absolutely the place you want to stay in. My girlfriend and I stayed here for her birthday trip to Napa and it definitely worth the money and time spent here. Location is perfect for both privacy and closeness to numerous surround long towns with tons to do and just a short drive to both Napa and Sonoma county The house itself is beautiful, extremely clean and organized, fantastic views from any location inside the house. Bedrooms were super comfortable with luscious space Multiple bathrooms made it great for getting ready to go out and about Kitchen has everything you need The property was great private but doesn't feel desolate The pool was great the hot tub was so relaxing The detached game room made for some great fun at the end of the nights All in all amanads place was amazing and I would absolutely recommend to someone staying in the area If I return I will definitely be rebooking this listing Thank you again for the great hosting!
