The stay was good, the linen and towels were neatly clean; Now the kitchen leaves something to be desired, a very dirty stove, sticky, dirty and disgusting pots. if it's meant to go to sleep, that's fine.

The apartment is excellent, has everything you need, very clean and organized, the neighborhood is great and the location is super suitable near a pharmacy, market, bakery, square with places to walk, and João and Carla his wife are very attentive, polite and quick to respond. I was in the apartment eu + 2 adults + baby + small pet, we stayed from Saturday to Sunday and the guest was flexible at check out. Everything was clean and organized. At the reception of the building, the doorman told me that he would have a fee of 10 reais to park, but he did not charge me for mentioning that parking was included in the reservation. We walked on foot in a spike and market. In the minibar there are drinks and on the rack there are snacks that are charged separately. The pillows and bedding were good, I slept in the double bed with the baby and 1 person slept at the bottom of the treliche and the other one on the mattress on the floor. You need to bring towels. It is similar to a quarter of the Ibis but has a mini kitchen together. We are pleased with the stay and if need we will be back.

Excellent apartment and with great location. It is close to USP, bus station, supermarkets, gym, etc. I did everything by foot. Very considerate hosts. I highly recommend the apartment :)

The space is great, my family and I love it, a house with many utensils available, spacious, swimming pool (too bad it was cold), super cozy. We always go to the White House and we will stay there.

We had a very pleasant stay for a weekend. The house faithfully matches the photos, with a well-organized and equipped environment. Descalvado is small, but it has conquered us... old buildings, quiet people...we love the experience as a whole. We took our dogs and, that made the trip even more magical! Milena received our last minute request as we had an emergency trip to São Carlos and thank God we found her 12 hours before the chek in the world with the greatest goodwill! Clean house, pleasant environment. Excellent for couples and small families to rest, the only sound we heard was from the birds. Safe environment for children, well-equipped and well-marked. I went by the car app and the path was quiet, paved street. It has 3 fans, TV with several cable channels, barbecue, stove, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and other items. I had a little incident in the kitchen and Nahia was very understanding with me. I intend to come back again and again.

Everything was great, the house is very nice, a high point is that the barbecue is right next to the pool. And Yasmin was very kind and requests.

If you seek quiet, this is the place. Located in the city, it seemed that we were in the countryside due to the nature present in the place… surrounded by trees and green, chirping birds, a forest around the neighborhood. There are shops nearby that you can even walk if you need anything in the emergency. The housewife always answered us very quickly when we needed something, very polite and proactive. The house is very beautiful, it has a very complete structure… benches to relax everywhere, sofa in the living room, pool, full kitchen, comfortable bed with pillows and covers, clean bathroom with towels, air conditioning, etc. We truly love and are very satisfied with everything.

It is already the second time we stayed in the house, I am close to my family home, quiet neighborhood, an impeccable house with everything we needed available, smelling bedding, we enjoyed the family holiday and with our dog...we love the network, the studio and the kindness of the hostess who was flexible at check in and always responded to us quickly, with ctz we will return more times
