Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. Graziosa villetta a Ponente Santa Teresa Gallura

We had a fantastic vacation - the place looks even bigger and more inviting in person than in the photos. Our absolute highlight was the terrace with sea views - shockingly in love :) Behind the house is a covered veranda, so you can sit outside in any weather. The outdoor shower is perfect and protected from prying eyes by its location behind the house. Wonderful! We were lucky that the slightly offset but directly adjacent neighboring house was not rented and thus felt like we were on our own property. Both bathrooms were in top condition and like new, extremely clean showers. The bed has a rather harder mattress which we thought was good. Small side info: If the dishwasher and kettle are used at the same time, the fuse can jump out. Not bad, you just have to know where the main switch is (15 m up the road is a box for which there is a key). Overall just great, 10/10.

We immediately liked the place,quiet and well equipped in everything ,inside and out with all the amenities and services described. Since it was the best rental in years. Most made us find everything tidy and clean. The place is tactical because it gives the opportunity to walk on the trails to admire the sea views between the granites and the Mediterranean scrub if you want an alternative to the sea that is a wonder throughout the Capo Testa area. The house has a porch in the back and a garden that rises among the rocks allows you to see the view around , which we really appreciated. Beautiful vacation

Great house with true ocean view. Very large covered patio with dinning table and lounge seating with that great view. AC throughout house. Stayed with our adult son and his partner and everyone just loved the house and location for a first time trip to Sardinia.

Absolutely loved our recent stay (Girl’s getaway in May) in Costa Paradiso. Fabulous location for relaxed holiday. The views from the apt were absolutely stunning with fabulous sunset view. You definitely need a car to get around as quite far from the local shop. Apt was very clean, functional and private with plenty of room. We found the hosts very helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Totally recommend this apt and hopefully one day will make a return. Note the walk to rock pools below appeared very steep and overgrown so we did not make it down. Also lot of steps down to apt door. Also, waste disposal is in the local village. Enjoy!
