Design is a mix of beach cottage with contemporary accents. 2 Blocks to beautiful Ocean Avenue to watch gorgeous California sunsets or walk to beach. 2 Blocks to Montana Avenue shopping and cafes. Close to Promenade and Metrolink. Unbeatable Location ! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. Outside table with a bench and chairs are perfectly located for morning coffee lunch or evening cocktail. We live in the front house so feel free to reach out to us with any questions and/or concerns regarding your stay. Leave the car behind - the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops, are all an easy walk away. Rent a bike nearby to explore further. Watch the sunset over the water from Ocean Avenue, 2 blocks away, while Metrolink and Promenade are also close. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

Had a great short stay at Maria’s. Very conceniently located, Maria was very responsive and helpful. Lot of food options and close to Santa Monica beach. Good internet so was able to work remotely from the room. Would recommend for solo traveler.

I had a wonderful stay at Adrian’s place. The guest suite was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a big cycling trip down the coast. The bed was super comfy and Adrian went above and beyond in his hospitality. There is a Trader Joe’s, coffee shop, and plenty of restaurants just steps away from the house, with the beach just a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

Michael is such a great guy and a super friendly host. He’s easy to talk to, really respectful, and always ready to help with anything. Even when he’s home, he gives you space and makes you feel totally comfortable. It feels like you are renting the whole apartment, not just a room. The home has everything you need. It’s super clean and very organized. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from the beach and downtown, with shops and restaurants right around the corner. The building is modern and new. I felt safe and comfortable all the time. The internet is fast, and it’s quiet at night. I’m sad I couldn’t stay longer. I really hope to come back again!

Mandy's place is beautiful and absolutely worth 5 stars. She herself is super friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very clean and smells divine! The room is very cosy and mattress was excellent. The apartment is in a quiet street and super walkable. Within a few minutes you can be close to cafes and restaurants. Don't think twice about it! This is a great airbnb.
