Waterfront holiday rentals in Santa-Maria-Poggio

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt! Im Mai war es sehr ruhig und leer in der Anlage und am Strand. Man hat einen schönen Blick von der Wohnung direkt auf das Meer. Insgesamt etwas abgelegen aber es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäcker etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto entfernt. Vielen Dank!

Bör ha bil eftersom allmänna kommunikationerna är dåliga. Lägenheten mycket fin och nära till sandstranden som var fin och promenadvänlig. Vi kunde checka ut senare så det passade vår retur med färjan från Bastia. Vi hade fina dagar att ta oss runt och se på Korsikas fantastiska natur. Kan rekommenderas.

Jacques-Philippe vermietet eine wunderschöne Wohnung mitten im Geschehen. Die Kommunikation mit ihm lief super. Um für ein paar Tage Bastia zu erkunden ist die Wohnung perfekt. Ein Parkhaus ist direkt in der Nähe, sowie ein Supermarkt für die Basics in der Wohnung.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und entsprach genau den Fotos. Armelle war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sehr hilfsbereit war und auch immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet hat. Auch als es ein kleines Problem innerhalb der Wohnung gab, wurde schnell reagiert. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden.

Notre séjour du 20 au 25 novembre a été conforme à nos attentes. Logement très soigné avec vu sur le port,acceuil chaleureux. C'est un bon plan pour une visite de Bastia

Excellent place to stay right in the center of town, just steps from the old and gorgeous harbor with all of its bars and restaurants. Located next to a historic church, it's so delightful to hear the church bells. And the bedroom is so nice and quiet in the back of the apartment, far from any noise or natural light. I highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in Bastia.

Le logement de Sébastien est une petite merveille, parfaitement situé, proche de la mer, de commerces, de restaurants etc.. le logement est idéal, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et également très bien pour un enfant de 2 ans et demi. La terrasse ensoleillée et son barbecue nous ont conquis !! Sébastien à été très disponible et arrangeant, encore un grand merci, grâce à vous nous avons passé de sublimes vacances ! Emeline est très réactive et très à l’écoute, elle se rend disponible à n’importe quelle moment c’est ce que l’on peut appeler reelement une vraie hôte! le logement est parfait, aucune nuisance sonore et un calme jamais vu auparavant! Merci encore😊

Il posto è meraviglioso, una casetta immersa nel verde con una bella piscina dove potersi rilassare e il mare a pochi passi. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Super!

Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem kleinen Paradies gelandet zu sein. Die Unterkunft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse ist ganz bezaubernd und der kleine Pavillon mit Blick zum Meer ist noch das Sahnehäubchen on top. Die Kommunikation mit Pascal war super gut und sehr schnell. Wenn nochmal Korsika dann unbedingt wieder hier.😊

Il bungalow è perfetto per chi cerca qualche giorno di mare in massima serenità, e confort. La spiaggia pulitissima e con un mare trasparente, è raggiungibile percorrendo poche centinaia di metri di un piacevolissimo sentiero. Passeggiando sulla riva si raggiungono almeno quattro tra ristoranti e bistrot sul mare. Il nostro alloggio aveva un grazioso giardino in cui trovare ombra a tutte le ore del giorno. Marie France e Bruno sono ospiti attenti, discreti, disponibili.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In 5 min war man am Meer, es war ruhig und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en el alojamiento de Geoffrey! Una casa preciosa con todo lo que necesitábamos, nos dio recomendaciones geniales y es una base perfecta para conocer el norte de Córcega. Se podía ir caminando a la playa a través de un precioso paseo por un bosque y tiene un chiringuito cerca con precios muy razonables y gente majísima. Los perros y nosotros hemos disfrutado muchísimo, sin duda volveremos!

A wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in the hills! The pool and views were unmatched. We had a great stay!

Laurent ist ein toller Vermieter. Wir konnten nicht nur früher einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit korsischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die kleine Gartenoase ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar., weitläufig, sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

Nous avons passés une excellente nuit dans le logement d'Alain. Il est moderne et possède une vue splendide sur la mer.

Jean Marie è gentilissimo, super disponibile e piacevole. Ci ha fornito tantissimi consigli mentre eravamo lì e fornisce diversi documenti con consigli di viaggio prima dell'arrivo. L'appartamento è tenuto benissimo, pulito e con tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. La posizione è fantastica, a 50mt dal mare, silenzioso, tranquillo, si dorme benissimo! C'è un market raggiungibile a piedi (un po' caro), ma a 10 e 15 minuti di macchina ci sono due supermercati Leclerc. Insomma, è stato un soggiorno perfetto!

We chose this location for its proximity to Bastia and Cap Corse, and also for its beachfront location. All was true; we were satisfied, able to see Haute-Corse from there and enjoy short swims before or after our voyages. I want to separately comment on the communication with Millie La Conciergerie, which was always quick, meaningful, and respectful.

Excellent séjour chez Nina ! Nous avons été accueillis par son mari, qui était très aimable et plein de bons conseils. L'appartement était beau, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, ainsi que le petit cadeau de bienvenue. Des petits détails qui font la différence.

Die Unterkunft ist mit großem Geschmack wunderschön eingerichtet. Zudem war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Marie-Carolin ist sehr, sehr nett und hat sich besonders bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Sowohl der Chech-in wie auch der Check-out waren völlig problemlos. Sollten wir wieder nach Korsika reisen werden wir diese Wohnung sehr gerne wieder buchen - sie ist wirklich empfehlenswert.
