Victorino was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We'd love to come back!

The house is ideal for entertaining many visitors and the staff who helped us were always very friendly. The visit was very pleasant and very welcoming. It had everything I needed to cook there and not have to go out. Of course, the location of the house north of the lake is not very close and is several degrees warmer than other areas of Valle de Bravo. Outside the heat, we had a great time.

It's not just a home, it's a vibrant home. My family, friends and I had a fantastic time at Valentina and Juan's house. As if we were arriving at our friends or family's home. My dogs enjoyed it too. We could feel nature around us, necessary for absolute relaxation. Everything I know you want, whether it's playing in the garden, or lounging, or living together is the perfect place to do so. We were very happy to be able to meet and share this home. Thank you to our hosts.

The stay was too pleasant, Beto is the person who is there and always had an impeccable availability. He answered us super fast for any situation...I went for an event and returned at 4am and he was always very kind to open and take care of us, everything was fine only as observation the light of the place is too dim, they should put more lamps or a little stronger light (even in the kitchen area) since it was difficult for us to cook at night due to the lack of light.

Excellent loft, lovely and central view. Everything is at hand. We all had fun, even our little dog.

Excellent stay!!! I went to celebrate my birthday in Valle de Bravo with friends, Roberto and his family welcomed us, who in my opinion are very nice people who make you feel at home. They also gave us the best attention, they gave me a small gift for my birthday. As for the house, it's very clean and the truth is that the house is a little more spacious than it looks in the photos. As for music, they let us have it without a theme but in moderation. The house is very central as it is close to several restaurants, bars and the lake (we did not have to use a car). The rooms are very nice and give an excellent homey feel to the mini cabin style. Roberto was always on the lookout for our arrival and on the lookout if we needed anything. My friends and I had a great time at the house. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret it!!!

The location is 5 stars, beautiful surroundings by nature and a waterfall/river with a view on the lake. The room was spacious, clean, with windows that open all the way, creating an open space to enjoy the view fully. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended us where to eat and shop. 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back again.

I loved our stay, you can see the attention to detail. Everything was very clean, quiet, nice decoration, super comfortable, good privacy, I loved the details like the campfire and that you can connect to the pool speakers to play music, I also liked that there were good cooking utensils, the green areas, the flexibility for arrival, to enter and leave and the attention of Angel, very kind.

Marcelino Roberto and Doña Martha were excellent hosts, always pending with total availability to any need, the spectacular cabin. A perfect place to relax. We will be back soon. It was a very good choice as we went for mountain biking and there are some spectacular routes.

Ani is terrific, the house was very nice and clean. The garden of the cabańas was wonderful and our dogs enjoyed the well kept lawn.

The cabin is very well maintained, and the forest in which it is spectacular, it felt like a privilege to be in it. When I just made my reservation I was a little annoyed that they sent me a message of "the jacuzzi has an extra cost" and "they have to bring everything, even their drinking water" because I thought that for that minimum price they should include the water haha. But already in retrospect, I think they do it so we can be ready because there are no stores near where to buy what you need, and in the end we don't need anything extra. I do not recommend this stay for people with limited mobility (or children) because of the type of outdoor terrain and the jacuzzi is difficult to access (an extra step or rail would not be bad for you). Despite these observations, I was fascinated by the place and the attentive service. I would love to come back.
