Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

J’ai commencé mon périple avec le logement d’Adèle qui m’a mis en confiance. L’appartement se situe dans un endroit stratégique si vous voulez visiter le Sud. Le logement est à proximité de point de de départ de pleins de randonnées. Les plages à proximité à pied son accessibles. La vue dans le salon est imprenable et l’hôte est plus que gentille ! Location perfettamente aderente alla descrizione. La casa di Luca è inserita in una piccola oasi dal verde perfettamente curato arricchita da una grande piscina. La distanza dal mare non rappresenta un problema grazie alla presenza di un ampio parcheggio vicino alle spiagge. Ringrazio Luca per la cordialità e la disponibilità dimostrata. Location consigliata a chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità a due passi da un mare da sogno

Beautiful apartment with excellent restaurant recommendations from Francesca! We particularly loved Arke and the local Enoteca. Road parking was never available during our stay, but there was a very affordable car park around the corner.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Giuseppe and his spouse are extremely nice and mannered people which is reflected in their house, decorated with taste and refinement. The garden is a jewel and there is everything one can need for kids. The bathroom situation is really minor is rather original and overall very functional. The garden shower is a dream, when getting back from the beautiful beach which is 5min walk away. Everything was extremely clean, from the confortable cussions on the terrasse to bedsheets and towels. A mosquito net could be a great added value to this wonderfull and cosy house. Thank you very much to both of you.

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

We verbleven voor een tweede keer in deze accommodatie & het was even top als de eerste keer, zie vorige recensie! Heel vriendelijke host en personeel, rustige omgeving en een goed uitgerust en proper appartement. We kwamen volledig tot rust en raden dit verblijf sterk aan <3

Wir haben uns sofort unglaublich wohl gefühlt in Deboras geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtetem Haus. Debora hat uns sogar einen guten Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Danke dafür! Auch die wunderbaren Außenanlagen luden ein am Haus zu verweilen.Jede Terrasse ist liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren jeden Morgen in der schönen gemütlichen Bucht schwimmen, haben Brötchen im tollen Supermarkt geholt( er gleicht eher einer Feinkosthandlung) um dann auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Und das alles fussläufig. Am Nachmittag ging’s dann nochmal an den Strand incl.Strandbarbesuch. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und werden das Rauschen des Meeres vermissen, welches wir vom Haus aus hören konnten. Eine Empfehlung!!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Dachterasse war ein Traum. Andrea war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für Cagliari gegeben. Die Küche war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Einziger Nachteil ist der 5. Stock ohne Aufzug, aber das weiß man ja vorher.

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

Eine sehr schön und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, im oberen Geschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und zwei Bädern, im Untergeschoss ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer. Im kleinen Garten draussen hat es einen weitern Sitzplatz und einen tollen Gasgrill zu verfügung. Der Pool wird mit den umliegenden Wohnungen geteilt, was aber kein Problem war. Im Oktober war der Pool aber schon recht kühl. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung, wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von tollen Stränden entfernt. Vielen lieben Dank

Zona stupenda con bellissime spiagge facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (tra 10 e 20 minuti), come anche farmacia e negozietti (a piedi 10 Min). Alloggio grande e con tanto spazio per 2 famiglie (pianterreno). Molto tranquillo di sera. Se nel contempo il piano di sopra è affittato, c'è ovviamente più rumore e rischio di sovraccarico energetico. La casa è bella e ariosa (con alcune cose da sistemare dovuti agli anni di usura) e con muri bianchi spessi che la mantengano fresca nelle giornate calde. La cucina è ben attrezzata con apparecchi nuovi (microonde, frigo grande, forno e vetroceramica). Il giardino che lo circonda è ampio con tante piante (un po' sofferenti), posteggio per diverse auto e spazio grande per cenare sotto le stelle. Abbiamo avuto contatto con Stefano, figlio del proprietario che è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene (un gruppo di 5 adulti). Alloggio da consigliare se si cerca la vera Sardegna!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccellente! Ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio. La posizione è perfetta, a metà strada tra la spiaggia e il centro città. La casa è pulitissima e completa di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Consigliatissimo! ✨

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Perfecto para ir con tu pareja, la zona preciosa y justo en el centro de Castello. Muy bien equipada. Vitor muy atento y simpático.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Parfait ! Hôtes accueillants et arrangeants. Logement situé en plein centre de Iglesias, un vrai luxe. Appartement propre comme il faut, un grand lit, impeccable. Nous reviendrons. 🙂

Qué gusto encontrarse alojamientos así. Llevaba mucho sin estar en un alojamiento como este. Últimamente solo encuentro en Airbnb apartamentos sin personalidad. Este apartamento está lleno de vida, de estilo y de belleza. Está súper céntrico, tiene aparcamiento gratuito y estaba muy limpio. Ojalá y encontrar más este tipo de alojamientos por aquí. Sin duda, el mejor alojamiento de todo mi viaje. Un 10 para Mauro también, fue muy amable y atento en nuestra llegada.

This was our second stay with Andrea and Lana and it was every bit as brilliant as last year. They are such warm, friendly and helpful hosts. In particular we love the pool and garden. This year, in addition to visiting the wonderful local beaches, we took a 3 hour boat trip from Villasimius port round Capo Carbonara where you could swim from the boat and also visited a couple of beaches on the Costa Rei. Right at the north end there are some wild and unspoilt beaches with incredible water and it’s possible to do a not too arduous walk to the lighthouse Capo Ferraro with incredible views. We’d definitely love to return again one day.
