Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santa Margherita di Pula

Casina davvero graziosa con una vista splendida sul mare. Davvero vista spettacolare! La casa era confortevole e comoda alle spiagge della zona. Ottima per la nostra mini vacanzina. Grazie Matteo e grazie ai tuoi genitori per la gentilezza.

Die Wohnung von Edvard war superschön und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient, die Aussicht war grandios, die Einrichtung, neue toll gestalteten Bäder, inklusive Küche, Geschirr und Kaffeeautomat waren perfekt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe zu erreichen und man kann herrlich im klaren Wasser schwimmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach phantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Edvard ...für diese wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns bei Marco und Elena sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Marco und Elena sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unserem Kind wurden direkt bei der Ankuft ein Kinderfahrrad und viele Spielsachen für den Strand gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Gute Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG (first floor) einer Villa und ist wie beschrieben über einer Außentreppe erreichbar. Man hat einen privaten Balkon, eine überdachte Terasse unten und einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit einer Außendusche. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten, man sieht sich aber kaum, außer Kontakt ist gewollt. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto und eine Waschmachine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner ruhiger Strand ist in 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurans sind in 10 Min mitm Auto in Pula erreichbar. Bei Marco kann man Fahrräder und ein Kanu kostenfrei ausleihen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in Torre Delle Stelle! Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, der Blick aufs Meer war fantastisch! Wir waren die meiste Zeit am Pool und an den Stränden! Gloria war immer gut erreichbar! Sehr empfehlenswert an alle die Wert auf Ruhe und Entspannung legen!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

Die alleinstehende Villa liegt direkt am Strand und hat damit eine großartige Lage. Der Blick aufs Meer jeden Morgen war überragend. Der Strandabschnitt direkt vor dem Haus ist sauber und ruhig. Der Empfang durch Laura, Marcos Mutter, war sehr herzlich und einladend (sardische Süßigkeiten, Sekt und Eis als Willkommensgruß). Die Kommunikation mit Marco und Laura war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Ausstattung und die Räumlichkeiten haben die Beschreibung und die Bilder in der Anzeige eher übertroffen. Die Gartenmöbel wurden z.B. erneuert und die Räume sind heller und freundlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet: ein Kajak, Liegen für den Garten, eine warme Außendusche, die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - nur eine Geschirrspülmaschine haben wir etwas vermisst. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 10 Personen (2 Kindern) und haben in der Unterkunft gut Platz gefunden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Sheila per 4 notti: siamo arrivati in ritardo con l'aereo e Sheila ci ha accolti benissimo nonostante la tarda ora. L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, molto ben pulito e ordinato. Il parcheggio è facile da trovare, abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nella via di casa o in una parallela a un minuto a piedi. Intorno alla casa ci sono vari alimentari, supermercati e tutto ciò che può essere necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sheila ci ha fornito anche un lettino e un seggiolone per il bimbo e anche un gioco per intrattenerlo. Che dire? Sicuramente torneremo a trovarti Sheila!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Massimo ci ha accolti in maniera eccellente, l'appartamento è ottimo, ci sono tutti i servizi necessari, addirittura abbiamo trovato l'indispensabile già a disposizione come caffè, detersivi piatti e lavatrice, olio, ecc.. addirittura già acqua fresca in frigo, un piccolo dettaglio ma molto apprezzato! Ottima esperienza e prezzo super! Straconsiglio!!

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone. L appartement est propre, bien équipé et identique à la description. Le cadre extérieur avec piscine et jardin sont appréciables. Le quartier est calme. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Simone est un super hôte. Il est très réactif et à l'ecoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages où se baigner. Il est aussi très généreux. Il nous a offert des légumes et il nous a proposé une soirée pizza.Nous avons passé un super moment avec les autres hôtes. Nous recommandons!

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles gepasst: der Ausblick auf die Bucht war gigantisch, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Fabio hat uns immer schnell zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Fußläufig konnte man verschiedene Strände erreichen, wenn es auch ein steiler Berg ist, auf dem die Unterkunft liegt (dafür der Ausblick). Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

La maison est confortable et dispose de tout pour faire à manger et passer 10 jours en famille comme nous l'avons fait avec mes beaux-parents et mon bébé de deux mois. Maria Elena est super réactive et serviable, toutes ses instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient claires et si nous avions des questions elle répondait super rapidement. La magnifique vue est identique à la photo. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Attention toutefois une voiture est nécessaire et il n'y a pas grand chose à part un market de dépanne à proximité et un petit restaurant. en contrepartie on bénéficie du silence et de la nature, dont le jardin de la maison qui est très agréable. Il y a également des parasols et linge de plage à disposition dans la maison.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.
