Brilliant stay here. Couldn’t recommend more. Sparkling clean, a very responsive host and a 5 star view

Marco and Elena are very welcoming and attentive hosts. They had toys and sea toys ready for the children, so they immediately felt at home. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bedroom was well shaded and quiet. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Marco was on a short bike trip with his husband and showed him the surroundings. The house seems generous and the garden is also shaded. We recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for peace and a homely environment.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thanks so much for a great week! We would come back any time!

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

We stayed in Sheila's apartment for 4 nights: we arrived late by plane and Sheila welcomed us very well despite the late hour. The apartment matches the description and photos, very clean and tidy. Parking is easy to find, we always parked in the street of the house or in a parallel one a minute's walk away. Around the house there are various grocery stores, supermarkets and everything you may need is easily accessible on foot. Sheila also provided us with a cot and a high chair for the baby and also a toy to entertain him. What can I say? We'll definitely come back to see you, Sheila!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Massimo welcomed us in an excellent way, the apartment is great, there are all the necessary services, we even found the essentials already available such as coffee, dishwashing and washing machine detergents, oil, etc. even fresh water in the fridge, a small but much appreciated detail! Great experience and super price! Highly recommended!!

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Good location of the property very central to the upper part of the city. You can reach everything on foot. Accommodation is in a small alley, therefore there are only windows in the living room and bedroom, so do not expect a beautiful view. For a short trip to explore the city, the property is recommended. I would not recommend longer stays due to the location and lack of windows in the bathroom.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Very quiet and shaded environment, space, beach 2 steps from the house with lots of space and tranquility . Very well equipped accommodation and Paolo was very welcoming and available. Yet we arrived quite late but he was patient. i highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.
