Una piacevole sorpresa in un posto incantevole. La struttura corrisponde a descrizione e foto. La signora Giovanna e suo marito ci hanno accolti ed assistiti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. La posizione è molto strategica per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona compresa la spiaggia vicina raggiungibile a piedi. Torneremo volentieri

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

Centrally located, great apartment to explore Cagliari

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

5 Sterne! Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Sabrina und Mauro waren super Gastgeber, stets freundlich und haben immer schnell geantwortet. Sie haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben, die in einem Ordner übersichtlich zusammengestellt waren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Zudem gibt es eine kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der eine entspannte und stressfreie Zeit verbringen möchte. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – jeden Abend konnten wir spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge direkt von der Terrasse aus genießen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: alles ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber Taty und Luca – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung zur Stelle. Ob Restaurants, Ausflüge oder versteckte Strände – wir haben dank ihrer Empfehlungen so viel entdeckt! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches while enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. Access to the small beach and the pool is also a great bonus. The villa of Teulada (around 10min away by car) has a few restaurants and grocery stores for the daily needs. Federico is a fantastic host! Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back some day!

Casina davvero graziosa con una vista splendida sul mare. Davvero vista spettacolare! La casa era confortevole e comoda alle spiagge della zona. Ottima per la nostra mini vacanzina. Grazie Matteo e grazie ai tuoi genitori per la gentilezza.

Siamo stati in questa casa la prima settimana di agosto, posizione perfetta se si vuole stare lontani dal caos. Fantastico spazio esterno per rilassarsi cenare e pranzare; ampio spazio anche per auto all’interno della proprietà. Aria condizionata super gradita! Casa spaziosissima e perfetta! Cucina nuovissima e attrezzata per ogni necessità! Francesca e Luigi ci hanno accolto in maniera splendida e ci hanno fatto sentire proprio come se fossimo a casa nostra! ❤️ Cercheremo sicuramente di tornare vista la posizione perfetta e la casa impeccabile.💖

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

La casa è esattamente come mostrata in foto, curata, nuova e funzionale. In cucina non manca nulla, è presente tutto come a casa! Bagni pulitissimi, doccia grande. Grazie anche all'host che ci ha accolto e indicato ogni dettaglio della casa.

Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais. Merci Francy et Léandro vous êtes au top !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Stefania. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, l'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pula e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle più belle spiagge di Santa Margherita e di Chia. La casa, situata in un contesto tranquillo, è dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita, piacevolissimo lo spazio esterno dove poter cenare la sera. Stefania si è dimostrata sempre disponibile e reattive alle nostre richieste. In futuro ci tornerei molto volentieri.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Vi hade några fina dagar i Poetto. Boendet var rent och fint och nära stranden. Silvia är en fantastisk värd. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor. Hon gav tydliga instruktioner för lägenheten och bra information om området. Rekommenderar detta boende.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Eine wirklich perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Art reine Häuser mit vielen kleinen Wohnungen. Als wir im Mai dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, man braucht nur Essen gegebenenfalls Getränke kaufen. Das einzigste was nicht 100-prozentig perfekt ist, ist die Bademöglichkeit, da man hier keinen Strand hatte, sondern nur zwischen den Steinen ins Wasser steigen kann. Geht aber auch. Noch schöner ist es natürlich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den wunderschönen buchten zu fahren. Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants gibt es leider sehr wenige und keine fußläufig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es ein wirklich traumhafter Ort ist.
