Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santa Flavia

Our week in the Dream Loft in Sant’Elia was truly magical. We loved the vibe of the house, it was so authentic and carefully designed. Had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect — the view was so beautiful and it felt like we were living in the movie Luca. It was close enough to everything we needed, the Sisa Supermarket and some lovely aperetivo spots and restaurants in Porticello. Mariangela was the most amazing host: Helped us so many times organising transport and even organised the most incredible cooking class for us in Palermo. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’ll absolutely be back the next chance we get!

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

Giuseppe est le meilleur Sicilien !! Souriant et accueillant, il nous à accompagné jusqu'au logement, nous a aidé à descendre les valises le lendemain, il nous a donné un bon de réduction pour un restaurant qui était tous simplement incroyable (il Borgo) et nous a offert le petit déjeuner dans un café. Le logement bénéficiait d'une vue sur le château de caccamo qui était sublime. Le village était magnifique également, typique de la Sicile ce qu'on recherche quand on vient visité l'île. Sincèrement notre coup de coeur après avoir fait sant' agata et cefalu. On aurait vraiment aimé resté une nuit de plus. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour un peu de cuisine et il y a le café au logement. Vraiment à choisir sans aucune hésitation, Merci Giuseppe 🙌🏻

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles bestens! Gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Die Kommunikation war sehr verlässlich und freundlich, das tollste am Apparment ist eindeutig die große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick, auf der wir gut entspannen und abends abkühlen konnten. Außerdem wurden wir reichlich mit Frühstück versorgt, alles in Selbstbedienung! Einen Arbeitsplatz gibt es allerdings nicht wirklich (auf der Terrasse wetterabhängig möglich, wenn die anderen Bewohner nicht stören). Es war eine Baustelle direkt vor der Nase, die allerdings nur selten störend war. In der Küche macht es nicht Spaß zu kochen, da sie sehr klein ist, Schneidebretter fehlten und die Messer nicht geschliffen sind. Die Wasserpumpe auf der Terrasse ist direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer, und ist teilweise Tag und Nacht zu hören (hat ab und zu aufgeweckt). Waschmaschine hat nur Strom wenn man zuhause ist, da der Schlüssel dafür stecken muss. Das Appartement ist für 3 Personen absolut in Ordnung, mehr würden wir nicht empfehlen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und empfehlenswert!

Appartamento davvero bello, come da foto, tutto nuovo e ordinato, ed anche molto silenzioso. Ottima anche la posizione per raggiungere i punti di maggiori interesse al centro, tranquillamente a piedi. Davvero consigliato

Alessandra a été parfaite, elle m’a permis de rentrer plutôt que prévu. Le logement est vraiment superbe dans une petite ruelle hors du temps et juste magnifique. Je recommande vivement. !!

Riesige, sehr schöne Wohnung mit top Ausstattung, zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer, zwei Balkone Super sauber, in der Küche alles vorhanden, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, kreative Details Supermarkt gegenüber, Bäcker in der Nähe Leider direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße/ Kreuzung Gegenden zum Ausgehen in größerer LaufEntfernung, Parken in der Nähe war unproblematisch Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Host!!!

Great location for exploring Palermo on foot. 3 of 4 bedrooms very spacious. Kitchen/diner is cramped for family of 5 adults, but we managed and were aware of this from photos. Federica is very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any issues and let us drop our bags early and leave them a couple of hours after check out. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Federica, for the Colomba cake.

The accommodation is comfortable and spacious. It looks just like in the photos! Communication with Antonio was excellent from the moment I made the reservation. Thank you for those days!

buona posizione perché lontana dalle grosse vie del centro, ma a due passi dalla cattedrale e dal centro. zona residenziale, con la vivacità tipica di Palermo ma la sera silenziosa. ambiente completo, anche di caffè e l'essenziale per la colazione (cosa non comune nei b&b), molto pulito, doccia molto comoda. area notte forse poco adatta a chi è molto alto, ma letto molto confortevole. da ritornarci

An absolutely beautiful apartment within walking distance of incredible restaurants and beautiful things to see in Palermo. I drank coffee on the balcony every morning which looks out over the city and the mountains in the distance. Tiziana and her family were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to help me feel welcomed in Palermo. I locked myself out of the apartment once and they came to help me very quickly. The apartment has everything you could want as far as amenities go - the kitchen is well-stocked, the washing machine and clothesline were very helpful and the two beautiful bathrooms felt luxurious.

Flippo E Anna’s place is very nice. She and her husband are super hosts and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You can walk to the absolutely beautiful beach with fun restaurants/bars on the water in minutes. It is a really quick drive from Palermo airport too. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Salvatore und seine Familie sind super gastfreundlich – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Als wir ankamen, stand bereits ein köstliches, von der Mama frisch gekochtes Essen auf dem Tisch – so herzlich und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage im Herzen von Palermo ist unschlagbar. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Boendet ligger i en del av Palermo som har många fina historiska byggnader runtomkring. Dessutom ligger det en fin park precis utanför dörren. Mycket trevlig plats och mycket trevlig värd👍🏻

Great location. We loved this the most. It was very hot when we stayed, the room upstairs was warm, but we just stayed downstairs and it was very comfortable. Extra sheets provided. Minimart and pharmacy nearby for any needs. The host connected us with a driver to take us to our next destination at a great rate, which was huge a plus given we had last minutes changes with car rental. So, thank you! GUISEPPE. 10/10 recommend

We loved staying at Ignazio‘s home. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was very clean, and there was a nice breakfast provided every morning. It is true that the walls are a bit thin so you might hear your neighbour from time to time, but since everybody is there for peace and quiet, it won‘t bother you. We can definitely recommend staying here!

Super schoon en fijne woning! Het bed lag lekker en de badkamer was ruim en de douche was erg fijn! Ook was het ontbijt goed verzorgd. Kortom, boek dit appartement als je een zorgeloos verblijf zoekt in Palermo!

Wenn es 6 Sterne geben würde, ich würde 6 vergeben. Das Zimmer übertraf unsere Erwartungen die wir aufgrund der Beschreibung hatten noch , es ist äußerst geschmackvoll gestaltet , da stimmt jedes Detail. Das Frühstück wird auch sehr liebevoll gestaltet- es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Manuela und ihr Partner sind äußerst freundlich , hilfsbereit und hatten viele gute Tipps. Die Lage ist fantastisch , alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt nette Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Eine absolute Emofehlung !

L’appartement de Nino et Maria est fidèle aux visuels du site; charmant, ressourçant, pleins de lumière et de couleurs. Moi et mes amis avons adoré ce lieu, pour la tranquillité et le confort. La terrasse tout en haut de la maison était notre coin où l’on aimait se retrouver et admirer la vue incroyable sur Palerme. Maria est une super hôte, qui a été très arrangeante avec nous et on l’a remercie chaleureusement. Elle nous a donné beaucoup de recommandations et d’histoire sur la ville. Le quartier est animé, le marché touristique, mais en se promenant on est vite dans l’atmosphère palermitaine et surtout à deux pas de monuments splendides. Grazzie per tutti.

These guys know hospitality! Such a beautiful property, thoughtfully decorated. Big room and spacious bathroom. The walk at the end of the street is beautiful with a secluded swimming spot. A beautiful spread for breaky every morning and really friendly hosts. Some really nice restaurants a short drive and cute little beach side towns. A great place to relax for a few days out of the city.

The location is near train station and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and nice. Highly recommended!
