The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.

Casa de Luxx: Two Bedroom Wing is a private section of the house with its own entrance located between the Plaza & Meow Wolf. Hot tub, a sauna, and a pool open year round. Includes two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom, office, kitchenette, fire pit & patio. Peaceful with beautiful views. This wing does NOT include a full kitchen, living room, kitchen sink, or sofa. Courtyard Casita, Santa Fe / Pojoaque

Originally our family library, the Courtyard Casita is loaded with shelves and charm - including an original kiva fireplace (and plenty of firewood), comfortable queen bed, smart TV and a small but newly renovated bathroom. It has a hotel kitchen, with a microwave, coffee and fridge. Right outside the private entrance is a quaint courtyard, surrounded by the rest of Old Llama Ranch. Dogs welcome. We are unable to accept cats.
