Usted se enamorará de esta acogedora villa al pie del mar, en el balneario de Punta Blanca, en la ruta del Sol, con la vista más preciosa en playa exclusiva. Amplia terraza con cabaña, Jacuzzi, bar, cuatro dormitorios con a/c dos dentro de la casa y dos en anexo dentro de la misma propiedad. Cuatro baños, cuarto de empleada, porche, sala, comedor, amplia cocina. Parqueo cerrado para dos carros máximo. La casa permite hasta 10 personas. A sólo 25 minutos de Salinas y 45 minutos de Montañita.

"La Soleada" is a two-story villa, designed for a large familiy and many friends. It offers exterior areas with a different ambiance each for relax or entertainment. This 13,000 sq ft beach front property has its front door literally touching the sand. The beach is practically private and its water calm and warm. You may also enjoy the pool, in shaded areas, or on tanning recliners. Hammocks hang near our palm trees for amazing siestas. Tables for 8 go well with the grill and bar areas.

Casa independiente esquinera con vista privilegiada al mar. Casa grande de 1100 metros de terreno, con varios espacios exteriores donde se pueden hacer varias actividades al mismo lugar. Acceso a la playa por una bajada por un bosque de algarrobos que lleva a una playa privada . Piscina propia y un área de parrilla y horno de leña donde se disfruta el cocinar y comer al aire libre en este paradisíaco lugar. Habitaciones cómodas , cada una con su propio baño .

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
