The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

Johanna was a very good host, friendly, and there for any concerns. The apartment is impeccable, a quiet place as I usually like, just like in the photos, we had an excellent time with my family, I'll be back.

The apartment is very nice, Andrés is a very polite person and always responded to my messages.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The communication with the host was quick and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Lovely apartment on Chipipe beach. Of all the comforts: good bed, full kitchen, television, nice balcony. Good communication with the host, very helpful. He arranged for us to pick up and return the laundry. The gentlemen from the reception were also extremely accommodating and friendly, wanted to help with the jacuzzi if you indicated in advance! Surroundings were good, lots to do on the beach right in front of the door! Easy to walk during the day (20 minutes and you are at Salinas) in the evening we found it more pleasant by car. When you don't have that, it's $2 with the Uber.
