Townhome holiday rentals in Santa Clara

Great vacation spot with plenty of room laid out nicely over two floors. We had each toddler/baby on separate ends of the house to keep them from waking each other up. Kids room was great and the toys were appreciated. Everyone loved the pool, dad made good use of the fitness center to escape the heat. Everything was modern, clean, and impeccably organized.

Wonderful place to stay! Absolutely loved staying here! There was plenty of room for all of us! Hoping to come back here in the fall!

This stay exceeded our expectations! The house had everything we needed and more so much better than the photos show. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. My family loved every minute of it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped home away from home.

Great stay. Beautiful and clean home in a peaceful location. Easy to drive to town for food, coffee, and shopping. Comfortable beds and great balcony to socialize by the fire pit or hot tub while watching the sunset. We loved our stay.

It was a great experience and they were very accommodating to my extensions. Very responsive and friendly hosts and the townhome was very nice.

Loved the extra space we had with 3 bedrooms and the living space for 5 people. Easy access to the pools and other activities.

What a great place in a gem of a location. One level place with a great patio at the back overlooking the golf course and mountains. Across the street from pickle ball courts & swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Casey was an incredible host and responsive to questions we had! The townhome was clean and comfy and perfect for us. Lots of room and great bathrooms. The only slight downside (which he has zero control over) is that the m shared pool is pretty small and is shared with over 20 units…the best time to go is very early in the afternoon or later in the evening otherwise it’s a mad house and not relaxing. Overall it was a fantastic experience and stay 😀

We loved every minute of our stay & even opted to skip one of our planned evening hikes to just stay in and relax outside in the pool. It’s a beautiful home in a very impressive neighborhood that’s nestled into a quiet valley just off the highway-so we were able to have peace and quiet but get to necessities in just a short drive. The place is exactly as pictured, except bigger than I’d anticipated! The views from every window are phenomenal, we ate every meal outside to soak them in. It’s a perfect “in the middle” location that we could get to Zion quickly, but also St George & Snow Canyon/Sand Hollow were close as well! We haven’t been home 24hrs yet and I’m already yearning to come back! We hope to stay again in the future! Can’t say enough great things about this home!!

We loved our stay here! The pools were a huge hit with our kids. Even had concessions at the big pool! Great little neighborhood-our kids could even ride their bikes around. Very clean. So many bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed and more. Also super close to Snow Canyon which was a huge bonus and could also walk right out onto the lava trail from behind the complex.

Karl's place is beautiful! The hilltop location allows for privacy as well as amazing views. The townhouse is exceptionally clean and the decor is modern and very nice. Karl is very helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and organized, as were the bathrooms. The two decks were perfect and we enjoyed the jacuzzi one evening. We were in town to watch our son compete in the St. George Ironman - Karl was aware of this and left cookies and other treats for him - which very thoughtful. The location in St. George is great, with easy accessibility to town, shopping, restaurants and hiking areas. If we make it back to St. George we will definitely stay at Karl's place again.

A lovely updated interior in an older community. Nice to have a dedicated, covered parking spot. Lots to do in the complex. Loved that we could bring our well behaved golden retriever. Although the weather wasn’t great and we couldn’t enjoy the pools like we hoped, Suzie was a great host and we appreciated her generosity and communication.

We had a great stay at this property. It is nicely appointed, comfortable, roomy, great location to St. George, stores, golf and the many activities in the area. Natalie was always responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. It is very spacious and would fit a large group (there were only 7 of us). I would highly recommend this property.

Michelle's place was perfect - loved everything, the pool, the location, the furniture & the cleanliness. I stayed here with my two daughters, age 7 & 3 - it was perfect. One quick notice for anyone booking that I would have liked to know before I booked is that there is a long list of chores to do before check out in their booklet. I understand many hosts require some work before leaving but it would be nice to know what those are before you book. Michelle's place requires the following: empty pantry & fridge completely, empty all the garbages throughout the house, do all the dishes, put everything back in its place if it's been moved, strip all the beds you used & place sheets & pillow cases in laundry room, place all the used towels in the laundry room, wash & dry & return the pool towels to their place & move the thermostat back to 78. If you have an early morning departure, definitely plan ahead. I would love to stay again, but maybe next time with my husband to help with chores

It was a super pleasant stay. The place was actually much bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. We were there with 8 men on a golf trip and almost everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi were such a nice bonus to the house. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in St. George. Plenty of room for a family of six to sleep, eat and make memories. Nice quiet neighborhood.

House was nice and clean, plenty of instructions, had a special request for a rider coming in for out of town and garr accommodated us. We had a great time we come back out that way we'll look you up.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our kids loved having their own space, and the pool and lazy river were amazing. We’d stay longer next time!

Great private and quiet place, near to St. George and Zion. Very spaciois and comfortable for hanging out.

We had a great time! There were 8 of us total (2 families with 2 teens each). There were plenty of beds and bedrooms. The 2 masters were awesome. The space itself was perfect for all of us. We loved sitting out on the patio or balcony and having a gate to the basketball/pickleball courts was convenient. We were also just a short walk down from the community pool and went there daily. The pool was awesome and kids and adults loved it. It was also nice to have a private hot tub which was very clean. We felt that Hurricane itself was a good central point to go into Zion but also to go to Bryce Canyon as well as other hiking trails and parks in the area. Overall we would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!
