Beautiful place right on the beach. Fully remodeled unit and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Our family had a great time staying at this unit. Already planning to come back in couple of months.

Very good place, found quickly while on the road and couldn’t me any happier to arrive. The location was just as described and super thankful for the kitchen essentials. My partner said the bed was on the harder side but i found it just right so just maybe a preference. Thank u to the host for helping troubleshoot the lock but also thankful for their alternate solutions because technology isn’t always reliable.

I would recommend this place to my friends and family if you are looking to stay in a very cute beach town! You are smack dab in the middle of it all at capitola here. They have surf boards and a boogie board for you to use, we used the surf boards (I rented my wetsuit from ONeill for $10! Don't do the one that's accross the street for 36 if you're strapped for money and have a car just go to oniell!) The apartment was perfect and it comes with a cute backstory about the mom that bought the place many moons ago. The apartment also came with bikes but we love walking so much so we never used them! The beds we SO comfy too!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Booked this unit very last minute and could not believe what a great value it was for the location and condition of the unit! Amazing views and located right in the heart of Capitola Village! Evan, Airbnb host, was extremely responsive and allowed us to check-in a bit early which was nice because parking in downtown Capitola isn't always easy- but this unit has multiple parking options which was a HUGE plus! The unit itself was clean and was equipped with all the basics for an overnight stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to getaway and want to be right across from the beach. The views from the unit were as described. Complex was quiet which allowed us to get a good night's rest. We will definitely be back! Thanks Evan!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

Excellent location. Exactly on the beach close enough to hear the tide coming in and out and the roar of the ocean. It is a basement unit and there was a very large family above us, But the children went to bed at about 9 and the noise never bothered us. There were only a few decaf pods of Nesspresso. So bring your own coffee or tea. I brought instant coffee for us. The kitchen is very cute, but of course basic which is fine. Yes, there is a lot of traffic outside of the window, but it didn’t bother me at all. There was a triathlon going on. It was a lifelong dream to stay in the Venetian court. It’s beautiful and historic. It’s expensive, but you are paying for the location and the historic element. My husband is well over 6 feet tall and he had a bit of discomfort with a low doorways and ceilings. We were able to walk back from Shadowbrook restaurant. We took their car service there. Overall, a dreamy place if you can afford it and remember to bring your own coffee.

We stayed at Kathleen's place with our 3 young children (including infant). The space was plenty spacious and felt large enough to accommodate all of us. Access to the pool area was easy - steps away from the unit which was nice for us because we're always forgetting something inside. The place was very clean and homey feeling, and. as other reviewers mentioned, the kitchen was well stocked, including coffee, and cooking essentials. All in all it was very comfortable and accommodating.

We loved our time here and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is so serene and peaceful, but just a short (beautiful!) walk to all of the action. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Terri is a great communicator. We would highly recommend and hope to return!

We loved the location for walking to Capitola one direction and walking to Pleasure Point the other direction. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with extra blankets and linens. It does take a while for the hot water to come to the bathrooms, but they had signs explaining that, and you do have to walk through a bedroom and bath to get to the bunk bed/garage conversion. The kitchen is beautiful, and the backyard was nice for our kids to run around. Overall, a sweet spot very close to Capitola!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family trip to Santa Cruz. it had everything we needed and the location is unbeatable! The only thing I would change is there not being a large enough table for everyone to sit down for meals. Other than that, brilliant.

Great location near the beach, beautiful view of the lagoon. Big comfy beds.

The place is beautiful and only steps away from a beautiful spot on the beach. Two of the rooms have a beautiful patio that provides an look into the ocean. The parking was a little bit difficult just because it is street parking and if you go on a crowded day you may have to circle around a couple times to get an open spot. The host was very kind and answered texts very quickly. I would stay here again in the future for sure.

Beautiful location and beautiful home. Nice kitchen, living room, very spacious. The private parking spot was a fantastic bonus so close to the village.

10/10 recommend this property and this host!! Everything was perfect and just as described! The view of the ocean was amazing, and and the resort property, restaurant, pools and walking paths were all excellent. Another thing we appreciated was that we didn’t have excessive steps to do to be able to leave. We had an amazing time and plan to come back!

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.
