I love the apartment! Local kitchen across the street was super yummy!! The pool is super luxurious with hot tub and fire pit that you can push a button and it starts. The roof was nice as well with a second grill area. This place is very close to Stanford University. I think figuring out which building the apt. was in was a bit confusing but it’s the main one with the leasing office below and where to park was a bit confusing as the key in the flat for the second parking spot is a lever to the parking space next to us above a car that was always parked but you can park anywhere outside the garage so we utilized that as a parking spot for our second car. The latch app is neat, just don’t let your phone die or you will be locked out. We did extend our stay and the latch app was only programmed for our original dates so we got locked out for a few minutes but Luxury suites was quick to respond and extend the latch app access. Overall 5 STARS!! LOVED IT!!!

Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

The location was perfect for shopping, great gym, perfect accommodations- the space was large enough and kitchen was perfect. I would recommend any one to stay here it was perfect.

As expected, a gorgeous place. Location is great—right across the Tesla shop, walking distance to everywhere in Santana Row. Highly recommended.

Book this home for my boyfriend and I while we were visiting family and it was great! The hosts were very friendly and were very helpful as well. Would definitely book a stay here again next time we visit SJ!

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Nice apartment complex with great location. But a little bit hard to navigate and find the exact unit If the instructions were not properly sent before arrival. Walkable to court of grocery, Starbucks and quick bites. The area is very safe also.

The train-side units are loud but not intolerable. Closed windows mitigate some of it and the train doesn’t run (I think) between midnight-6am. Building is pretty quiet otherwise. Lots of amenities (dog park, in/outdoor meeting and lounge areas, gym, car charging stations) and conveniences (food, drink, fitness spots, etc) available. Comfy med firm bed, pillow variety. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely grounds. Low traffic building. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had an amazing time at Devin's. We came in for a work trip and Devin's spot was perfect for unwinding and had plenty of space for us to work aswell. The bed was comfy, the place was beautiful, and the spa bath was amazing! The kitchen was also well stocked with coffee and cookware. Devin was also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would stay again.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Sean's condo! The place was beautiful, bigger than I expected from the photos and served our family vacation well. Sean was very responsive and a welcoming host. The pros were the amazing unobstructed ocean view and the location. Cons were that the overall Seascape resort is definitely worn and they changed the rules 3 days before our stay to not allow condo guests to use the pools closest to our unit (which was not Sean's fault). We were missing a number of essentials upon check-in (e.g., tissues, oven mitts, enough towels) but everything was supplied within hours so no complaints. The only recommendation I'd have is to more completely stock and organize the kitchen (e.g., there were barely enough bowls/plates etc... for our group of 6 to eat 1-2 meals, the kitchen pots/pans were disorganized spread across 3 different cabinets), but that may not apply to lots of guests since we prefer to cook all our meals. We had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed the condo. Great location with easy access to the beach and 15-20 mins away from Capitola and Santa Cruz. Host was communicative and responsive and condo was exactly as described. Would stay again!

Allen was very good with communication and flexible to ensure support and best service. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The location is unbeatable near lots of eating joints at Santana Row. A dedicated parking spot in the garage was a big advantage. Recommend for long-term stays too.

The best spot in a great resort in a fantastic location. Awesome views, easy access to beach and local shops, and a cosy place to hang out and relax. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. The owners are friendly and responsive, no issues. Will gladly come back.

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

Location, location, location! Beautiful luxury home in the heart of Silicon Valley. Roomy with lots of amenities, we had a great comfortable stay. Our hosts were wonderful, attentive, and communicative. Our favorite parts, morning jogs in the nearby park, walking to great dinner and lunch spots in Willow Glenn, family time in the fantastic kitchen and living room, and relaxing in the new hot tub. 10/10. We had 8 couples stay in this spacious, well kept home. It was located in a very nice area with stores and food close by. The home was clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year. The host were friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on this home, if you are in the area!

Cute, snug, comfy, and perfectly located. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again.

We were only there for 2 nights. Not nearly long enough. The house is spacious and every one had comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equiped and it was a nice place to prepare our meals. The only complaint I would have is that there weren't any hand towels or wash cloths provided and it lacked end table in the living area. Overall this is a very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the back deck.

Wonderful place to crash at after seeing a local concert. Place was super clean, they were very responsive & didn’t have a crazy early check out time. Very responsive.
