Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

With my partner we stayed for a week, it is a very quiet neighborhood, there is a mini market on the corner and about a 10 minute walk, it is close to the beach and many trilhas and beautiful places to know. Personally, we like the proximity to the hosts a little more, this time it wasn't. There was a strong musty smell inside the house, every time we went out and we were back that smell was locked up again, so you have to worry about ventilating quite a lot, but despite this very good location, comfortable and accurate for a couple . The view is breathtaking! Beautiful, beautiful, blue sea, nature, silence. Nearby oyster farms, in the same easement where the house is located, there is a small house that sells oysters, where I ate the freshest oyster of my life, they had just taken it out of the sea. There is a fishmonger near the fisherman too, everything taken from the sea at the time. There's a little bar by the sea with everything fresh. Far from markets and bakeries, I recommend that you take everything, but IFood delivery :) The house is beautiful, everything is very new and well cared for and it was extremely clean, and I always find fault with the cleaning :D The Jacuzzi is a delight, large, spacious, with a view of the sea. Everything wonderful! Eduardo responds quickly, gave all the support and it was one of the best stays I've ever had.

Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, with a warm and cozy pool. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

We stayed with a family of about 10 and one pet. Had a great time for a weekend getaway. Plenty of space for everyone. House opens up nicely to enjoy the weather and bbq. Had everything we needed and the host was always available to help. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

The cabin is excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. It has an amazing view. In the late afternoon, some toucans appear in the trees in front. super recommend it.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

The first time we climbed those steps in the nose we thought we had made a bad decision about the accommodation, but every day we entered that cabin we confirmed that it was exactly what we needed as a couple to live the paradisiacal experience of Matadeiro's morro and playa. It's just like you see in the photos, or even better. The hostess was always available to advise us wisely about any uncertainty. Anyway, highly recommended.

The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Beautiful views no matter the weather. House is in great condition and is comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the shower that they remedied promptly, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that could've been better about this fantastic location is walkability, my mom was with us and she wasn't able to walk up the steep hill that takes you from the beach up to the house. This isn't something that can realistically be changed but it's something other guests should know if they have anyone with similar limitations.

The place is really beautiful. The view from the room is breathtaking, it even looks like a painting. The space is small but it is suitable for a couple. The beach is beautiful and super calm. There are trails to other beaches and to a waterfall as well. Maria is super receptive, kind and showed agility every time we needed some help.

The accommodation has been amazing since the reservation. I fell in love with the photos of the house and the landscape you can see of the house. After booking, closer to entry to the house, communication was excellent. On arrival, we were super well received by the owners. They are cute and prepared everything with great affection for us to feel at home. And it was just a good surprise. The house is much more beautiful than by photos. The countryside is the most beautiful thing in the world. The house is super complete, with an incredible decoration, close to very good restaurants and located in a super charming and calm village. I recommend it to any and all, at other times, I will be back!!

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an “art corner” in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!
