Family-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

We were made to feel very welcome by Janka. Very clean and organized house. Bed, bath and pool were impeccable. We like it too much and will certainly be back soon.

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Host was super requested from the outset, helped us with referrals and received our stay very well. Caseira helped a lot and made us comfortable in the house, very friendly. Establishment is cozy and totally according to the photos, as well as very easy access. We would definitely return!

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very tasty for spending days with friends and family. We couldn't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was still a floor barbecue, a wood stove... as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as warned by the host. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she also received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

A place for those who love nature... close to the forest, waking up to the sounds of birds. It has supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby.

Since I started using Airbnb, all over Brazil, I've never been to such a good place. Everything exactly as shown in the photos, complete house, well maintained, the hosts are excellent, understanding and proactive. I definitely recommend it and will return more often.

Extremely clean and tidy home In addition to being beautiful, large and comfortable The housekeeper who welcomed us to the house was also super kind and helped us a lot I highly recommend it I hope to come back sometime!!

The house is great, super equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The caretaker Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and as it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, many balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the children. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, just a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

I rented the property to a work team that was in the city on business, and the stay was perfect. The place is exactly as described in the listing, very clean, organized and with a good structure to accommodate everyone comfortably. The communication with the host was responsive and cordial. I recommend it for both leisure and for those who need to host professional teams. We will definitely return at another time!

Excellent place, clean, organized, everything we needed was there. We stayed there for a few days due to an event at the nearby racetrack and it was super. I recommend and we will definitely come back more often. Márcio is always quick to respond and Mr. Fernando explained everything to us and always attended to us and everything we asked for. Beautiful house! Super well equipped. We couldn't use the pool because of the cold. There's a playground in the condominium and sports courts. We love it! My only reservation is for small children because there are many stairs and my son wanted to stay all day going down to go to the garden 😅 But it's no different from the photos Having sheets would also make logistics much easier

Everything is excellent! Even better than the photos. The house is very well set up, fragrant bed linen, super complete. The leisure and gourmet areas are excellent. Days of great tranquility. A delight!

Kátia was a cute and sympathy from the beginning, quiet, polite and very receptive, for sure if I return to Campinas one day I will stay there if I am available, super functional apartment, building with swimming pool, sauna and a very good gym, I loved the great location, there is a market open all week, super served me, they can stay in the apt of Kátia without fear, they will not regret it. I really loved it for 1 month there, if I could it would be a lot more, thank you Kátia, hugs!

What a stunning place and surroundings, like go back in a colonial time . House very cosy and peaceful. All amenities are there, staff very nice and discreet, would totally recommend to everybody to have relaxed stay!!
