In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Book closet with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio children up to 12 years old have 20% discount.

The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

The tiny house is located on a quiet side street. The forests and the mountains await you. In the morning, you can lace up your hiking boots right outside the front door and set off on an exploration tour. Numerous hiking trails await. For those who prefer to travel on two wheels, there are well-developed bike paths that meander through the picturesque surroundings. After an active day in nature, the roof terrace offers the ideal place to relax.

At our location Almwiese there are 2 cabins about 5 minutes' walk from each other. Each of the two cabins nestles into its own cozy corner of the expansive meadow. Your gaze drifts over lush green fields, picturesque alpine pastures down to small villages. Surrounded by a forest, you may spot deer, squirrels, or wild hares during a walk. From time to time, Japanese cattle graze in a pasture belonging to the neighboring farm.

Sonnenland Apartment

The property is located in the Schöcklland/Almenland vacation region and offers many leisure activities for both nature and culture lovers. The apartment is 70 m² and is located close to the town center in a very quiet location. There is a recreational pool, bakery, Greislerei and pastry shop within easy walking distance. The apartment has been furnished with original vintage objects and exudes originality and coziness.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
