Beachfront holiday rentals in Sanibel

We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

Aaron was a terrific host, he responded in a timely manner and sent friendly reminders throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. Both of the outdoor spaces had comfortable seating. There was a wagon to put the beach chairs and beach toys and coolers in. The beach chairs were great-they have straps like a backpack so that you could "wear" them if you didn't want to take the wagon, they have an attached pillow that can be flipped over the back when not in use, 2 zipper compartments on the back and 2 mesh pockets on the side. We definitely recommend staying at Aaron's Place in FMB! :)

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

AMAZING location to the beach for the $$. Less than a 5 minute walk. 10/10 recommend. It’s not super close to the restaurants but pretty close to Publix. They live upstairs so you will hear noises and such but nothing outrageous. Also just know the outlets are on the ceiling, she does have a nice plant by the bed that has usb and usb-c ports. Perfect for 2 people 3 max it’s not a huge space so keep that in mind. Decor was amazing and the place smelled really clean! I appreciate that because it made me feel comfortable knowing everything was washed from the fresh laundry smell of the linens. Thank you Ana!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Irina's condo was perfect for our girl's trip. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals there. Screen porch was a great place to eat dinner or spend an afternoon reading. The beach was a short walk and there were towels and beach supplies provided. Parking was easy. Lots to do close by!

We just got back from Sanibel (our 4th trip to the island over the last 11 years) and really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. The location was tucked away from other condo complexes, which we liked. Many complexes on the island are open but still under construction. I was happy to see that this was not the case for Sandpiper. The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. We usually go to the farmer's market on Sunday and stock up - we had plenty of storage containers, pots and pans and a high speed blender, which was great. We were so happy to see that Sanibel is recovering from hurricane Ian and people are coming back to visit. I'd say that about 50% of the shops are open and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you are thinking about taking a trip to Sanibel, do not hesitate! I would absolutely recommend Christopher's condo and if we return to Sanibel in the future, we would book here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Bella Bahia to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed beach house in Fort Myers Beach. Thanks again, Ian.

Amazing place to stay! We are repeat guests and can’t wait to come back AGAIN! This house has everything you need for a private get away. Close to the beach and amazing sunsets and sunrises from the upper decks. 5 stars all around. You won’t be disappointed here! Best place in North Captiva!

My husband and I had the most wonderful week here! Every detail of the condo is thoughtful and beautiful, down to the color of the pots and pans. The whole space was absolutely pristine, and we had everything we needed for the week. The beach right in front of this unit’s building was super peaceful. If we wanted a cocktail or more of an upbeat vibe, we’d walk down the beach to the larger pool and Turtle’s (which had wonderful food, drinks, and staff!). We’ve already been talking about another trip back when the second pool closer to this unit opens back up. Rebecca’s instructions were very clear, and everything about our stay was easy. Whenever we did have questions, she was so quick and helpful in her responses (even with recommendations around the island). We are already looking forward to a trip back here and would definitely book this condo again!!!

The place was perfect. Walking distance to the beach about 5 min and many dinning locations. Checking in was super easy and very flexible early check in was allowed. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Would come back

We had another amazing stay on Sanibel Island and loved this condo! Very well stocked kitchen. Large screened in lanai (larger than prior condos we have stayed at) plus it has direct views of the ocean which was incredible especially while drinking your morning coffee. We loved that the beach chairs and other beach items were in a locked closet outside of the condo on ground floor making it easy to bring to the beach. Speaking of which… beach is an easy walk over a beautiful walkway. Responsive communication with the host. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Exactly as listed in the photos. Perfect for our group of 5 adults. Just enough space that we weren’t on top of one another with good conversation spaces to hangout. The host was extremely responsive via chat. We were at the Sundial for a wedding so we didn’t explore the area much but we would absolutely stay here again.

Just finished a 4 night stay in St. James City. Couldn’t be happier with responsiveness of the hosts. Tina and Kenneth went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The home was even more beautiful in person. My family loved the pool and dolphin sightings from the dock. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful week or relaxation. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. I look forward to staying here again in the not too distant future

Great location and a beautiful home to relax and enjoy the Island Life!!!

We had a great stay at Susan‘s place. just walk across the parking lot and you are on the beach. There is lots of construction still going on in landscaping projects to the property. This is understandable considering all the hurricane damage and we knew that the pool was not going to be available prior to our reservation not that we would’ve used it anyway .Susan‘s home was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for whatever kind of meal you wanted to make . She even had beach chairs and shell bags in the extra closet available for our use! There was plenty of bath towels and beach towels also available . The beds were very comfortable. Susan communicated very well with us. We knew that the elevator was going to be down for a couple of days prior to our arrival not her fault just something that happens. We did not use the extra amenity programs that the condo area has for guests. We did use the new Pickleball courts and had a great time🙂We would rent here again

We had an amazing week in Sanibel. We had the pool to ourselves and it was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the furniture was higher quality than most airbnbs. It was also helpful that they let you know that they only provide one toilet paper roll, dishwasher tab, garbage bag etc so you can bring a few extra from home instead of having to buy more than you need. The elevator did break twice during our stay but the management company was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!
