Great stay! Lovely forested area around the home, very close to UNC and other amenities in the area. Would stay again!

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

I was only there for a short time; just to attend a wedding but everything was so cute and cozy! There was hangers for us to hang our clothes on, an ironing board and iron which came in super helpful! There was snacks and coffee stocked for us to use. The room was clean and cozy! Amanda was super helpful and responsive and so kind! What stood out to me though, and it's such a small detail but so caring, was the feminine hygiene products available in the bathroom. Such a small touch but so lovely. I would highly recommend staying here; wonderful, cute, and cozy!

This was such a tranquil place to stay for our weekend in North Carolina. The space was beautiful and clean - and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the cute coffee station and would take our coffees to the dock bench to enjoy the lake. The patio was also a relaxing spot to sit on the swing and take in the view or watch the birds and squirrels at the feeder out front - they were so entertaining! Alese and Leann were responsive and so friendly - we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to see family in NC!

I loved staying here! Christine was so friendly and communicative. The townhouse was so beautiful and clean and comfortable. I honestly wished I could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed the stay @ Kim’s. Great location (walking distance for coffee shops and restaurants), but very quiet at night. Kim is very responsive and provided all the information we needed. We definitely recommend her place and hoping to stay there again!

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures do not do it enough justice. Once inside, the home felt much larger than anticipated and had a warm and cozy feel to it. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and I can’t recommend a stay here enough.

The home was clean, spacious, and equipped with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host had great communication throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Sherri's home was a great place for our family to stay while we attended a wedding. It was spacious, clean, and we loved the open floor plan. It was easy to find and close to downtown Sanford, and only 10 minutes away from the wedding (venue) we attended at Cotton on Farm. It was well appointed and we had everything we needed. She was very responsive to all our questions and messages. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sanford area.

We were looking for a place for a friend reunion before a wedding and this space was perfect. It comfortably fit 7 adults. We loved how peaceful it was. The host was very responsive and helpful during the whole stay.

Came for an event at the Fair barn across the street. So so convenient! The entrance was super easy, all the instructions were clear. Home was clean clean clean and very beautiful! Bathroom was clean, clean sheets and linens, no dust, had a clean homey smell. The balcony had a beautiful view! Would definitely stay here again if need be! So worth the price! 1 thing that always stands out for me personally is the confort of the bed and pillow and I slept just like at home! Very very peaceful!

The location is perfect for a trip to Raleigh. Walkable neighborhood, close to everything.

Staying here definitely exceeded our expectations! The hosts were so communicative, accommodating, lovely & kind - all while recommended local sites and restaurants. They even let us check in early as we had a long travel day. I would absolutely recommend this suite to anyone!
