We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

Our family had a great trip and we would love to rent this house again. The house was absolutely beautiful, with lovely views in a private setting. Everything is new and clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, fishing and using the kayaks and paddle board. Darryl was a fantastic host, checked in with us, was super responsive and friendly - even providing recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

This home was perfect for our stay in Maine. It had everything we could have needed short of groceries. Three nights were definitely not enough to fully experience it.

An absolute gem! Incredible house in a gorgeous location… an ideal retreat!! Enjoyed a 5 day family reunion here and it was perfect…. Could spend time catching up, laughing with each other in common areas or while at other times, each could enjoy time in their own space. So many areas to use together or separately and so much to do on the property, or just a short drive to sights, amenities and shopping. Could easily have stayed longer and this would be fantastic for a couples getaway or a family vacation! Jason and Yvonne were so helpful and easy to communicate with, and we felt right at home from the time we made the booking. Truly a 5 star experience!! Thank you!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

I enjoyed my stay very much. W e saw the loons every day that was a plus. I only missed my recliner. the furniture was cute but not very comfortable.

My two young children, our golden retriever and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deborah's cabin. The cabin was so cozy and clean-- we especially loved the wood burning stove. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals there. The setting was so peaceful and beautiful and my kids spent HOURS sledding. We were close enough to the white mountains to take a day trip to North Conway. Deborah was very responsive and offered us helpful recommendations whenever we asked. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

We loved the lakeside retreat! Everything we needed as road vagabonds during our house renovation. We would have loved staying longer for some full days on the lake or lakeside, or will for a longer, real vacation. Perfect size room for a couple and their dog. Very comfortable recliner chairs and good lighting. Air conditioner was needed and worked quickly after we arrived. Bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! Everything we needed.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this is definitely one of the best! The unit has a large, full kitchen open to the living room, a comfortable bedroom, a very nice bathroom, and an outdoor patio overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The entire unit was pristine and decorated with quality furniture. A private entrance on a very beautiful property just seven minutes from Kennebunkport. The hosts were proactive in all communications and incredibly kind. I hope to come back!

We loved everything about our stay; the fenced in yard was huge and our dog absolutely loved it. So nice being able to run around with him safely and without worry. Friendly neighbors. Beach was beautiful. Whole house was spotless, bed was comfy, the place had everything we needed. The shower was great, fans kept things nice & cool. It felt luxurious & we had a wonderful time!!!

Let’s just say this home should be rated a ten! Janice made her home the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature, curl up with cozy blankets, play family board games or watch the stars from the pristine hot tub. Her home is completely private surrounded by nature and the rock ledge of course. Inside I found everything super clean, upscale unique furniture, crazy comfy mattress and that heated bathroom floor makes you want to install one back home! But let’s not forget to mention that shopping, amazing breweries, pizza shops and local lobster restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away!! The guidebook Janice wrote is wonderfully extensive! But if you need Janice she’s always available to help out. I found her very sweet and always available to answer any questions I had. I don’t call this a Tiny house. I call it a Treasure house! Hated to leave and hoping to stay again someday.

Hands down, Emily was the best host I’ve ever had. Every recommendation was spot on. From fantastic wine tasting, to farm to table food, quiet hikes and cute boutiques. The cabin was cozy and filled with original art. From flash lights, to fresh wood- we wanted for nothing. And if you aren’t indulging in a sunrise kayak and sunset s’more, why did you even come to the Writers Cabin?! Seriously perfectly romantic getaway. Portland is just a scenic hours drive away. And don’t forget to check out the free little library. It’s stuffed with great reads for rainy days. 10/10 would rent again.

Charming cabin! We had lots to do although we mostly just relaxed. Catherine was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great central location and the fire pit is magical.
