Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area of Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully situated close to the south shore of Vättern. Proximity to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden as well. You rent a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen counter and kitchenette, WC with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 1934 home. The cottage is located 150m from Ulvstorpssjön where there is opportunity for fishing ( towards fishing license being resolved). At the lake, there is a barbecue area for those who wish to have dinner at the water. Västersjön is about 1 km from the cottage and offers family-friendly sandy beach. The easiest way to get to the city center is by bus 31 which takes about 10 minutes, the bus stop is about 150 meters from the cabin and the bus goes 1ggr/h. By car, it is between 5-10 min.

Denna kompakt living hus är nybyggt sedan Maj 2024, som ägarna har ritat och byggt själva med hjärtat. Ett hus på 30 kvm med en stor känsla och innehåller allt vad en liten stuga kunnas behöva. Två stycken dubbel sängar på 180cm. Kanske hälsar våra tre stycken ute katter er välkomna Iris, Siri och Büüssi 🐈,om ni tillåter så får de umgås mer er i huset.

At the back of the house there is a wide balcony where you can view the meadows, pine forests and a small pond, some days wild animals will come out to graze such as deer family, moose, hare. There are forest areas that are safe to walk for you. If you love hiking, cycling or jogging, this is the place for you .The wide area free parking in front .There are supermarkets and transportation only 4-5 minutes drive.
